I've been wanting to try a bottle of my favorite Kanagawa sake 🍶 Matsu Midori... Koji rice is Okayama Yamadanishiki, Kake rice is Nagano Miyamanishiki, and the sake is brewed with No. 7 yeast at low temperature fermentation 🍶...the taste...mellow sweet and delicious 😋♪ Excellent balance of sweetness and acidity It's a great balance of sweetness and sourness! It's a sake that can be enjoyed in small sips, but since we're here, we're enjoying the Kanagawa marriage with Odawara local fish assortment and fried kamaboko from Suzuhiro......yummy!
The aroma is faintly ginjo.
It is a full-bodied, slightly dark, delicious sake.
Today, I paired it with grilled foil cod, tofu, and tomato basil.
The foil-baked cod had a strong sake flavor.
I thought tofu would go best with it.
Even the chikuzen-ni (boiled and seasoned chicken and vegetables) that I had made yesterday is zeppin!

Sake is great for a tired body after work,
Sake is great for a tired body after a workout, but it's also great after a workout.
Sake is also great after a workout.
I had a glass of something with a pop appearance to fill in the map.
Something very sweet. Is it a yeast from a university laboratory?
It tastes good on its own, but what should I pair it with?
S.tokyo by Matsumidori, with a refreshing aroma of muscat and lychee. It has a fruity, understated sweetness and acidity, with a rather strong astringency that makes it a light sake perfect for early summer.
