Like a sweet white wine, it is gorgeous, but less sake-like, so even those who don't like sake can drink it. It is low in alcohol, so it is easy to drink.

I drank too much and didn't know any better around here, but here's another local sake 🍶.
I should have had Junmai sake first 😭
I guess it depends on the brand,
Premium all you can drink 🍶.
If you order 4 gou of sake, you will be given a 4 gou bottle 🍾 lol
Strike if you like sweet and sour type ⁉︎
Personally, I think it's like a noble sake. It tastes like a "kijoshu".
It tastes like a novelty.
It has a citrusy taste, and some people may find it a bit peculiar.
I think it is delicious, but some people may not like it.
If you like sweet and sour, it is worth a try!
Speaking of weekend fun... Sake opening 😊!
So...I opened a bottle of sake that a friend gave me that I can't get locally!
Mmmmmm!
Rather than a ginjo aroma... it smells quite a bit like white wine and doesn't feel like sake!
When poured into a wine glass, it has a slight effervescence and tastes quite similar to a sparkling white wine 😍.
It has a light spiciness on the tongue when you put it in your mouth and it tastes like it can be enjoyed on its own 😆.
To be honest, I didn't have an image of Kanagawa sake 🍶, so this tastes like I expected it to be!
I'd be happy to repeat the experience... but I can't get it locally 😢.
Day 2 report: 🗒️
The wine is still a white wine that is easy to drink with a little more umami (flavor) although the spiciness is lessened 🍸.
The light bitterness of sake🍶 which I didn't notice much on the first day, can be felt in the aftertaste.
Personally, I think I like it better the first day 😍.
We had our favorite Matsumidori at the fish cake bar in Suzuhiro Kamaboko no Sato. For 500 yen, you can get a set of fish paste and a drink, and you can also choose sake.
It was a perfect combination of the slightly hors d'oeuvre-like kamaboko and the well-flavored Matsumidori.
Local sake from Tanzawa in Kanagawa 🍶Fruity aroma of Omachi .... You can feel the umami of Omachi...not too sweet, but mellow and umami. I enjoy it with my booming "whale sashimi" as a snack! There are many more delicious sake 🍶♪
