Today, I went to Kanagawa Prefecture to get this one that I have been wanting to drink for a long time...fresh aroma, polished to 55% rice polishing ratio....sweet and bitter on the palate...quite bitter, but what is it? Smells like muscat with a sour smell. Sour and sweet, gentle juicy to strong sweet taste. Good wood and yeast flavors that appear along the way. It is like a sweet Shinsei. It goes well with cheese. It is not so sweet that you can't finish your drink, but it is not sweeter than chocolate or potato kenpi. Delicious. Matsumidori: More than expected! When the temperature goes up, it somehow feels like a refreshing juice. It tastes good on the second day, too. You don't get tired of drinking it.

I've been wanting to try a bottle of my favorite Kanagawa sake 🍶 Matsu Midori... Koji rice is Okayama Yamadanishiki, Kake rice is Nagano Miyamanishiki, and the sake is brewed with No. 7 yeast at low temperature fermentation 🍶...the taste...mellow sweet and delicious 😋♪ Excellent balance of sweetness and acidity It's a great balance of sweetness and sourness! It's a sake that can be enjoyed in small sips, but since we're here, we're enjoying the Kanagawa marriage with Odawara local fish assortment and fried kamaboko from Suzuhiro......yummy!

It was given to me as a gift 🍶. It said it was slightly sparkling, but... I blew it: ‼️ It wasn't fine😅 It was sparkling🍾⁉️ and so gassy you'd think it was sparkling🫧. Sweet and delicious 😋.

Nakazawa Shuzo Matsu Midori Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi, Hiyoroshi, Kanagawa Prefecture Fruity aroma but relatively mild. The harmony between the rich sweetness and acidity is very good. It has a slightly strong alcohol taste, so I thought it might be a bit too strong for different tastes.
