I was excited because I had never seen this one-cup before while I thought it was more sharp than I expected and would be easy to match with various dishes.
Immediately after opening the package, it was very gassy and a little spiky, like cemedine.
After a little while, I drank it and found it to be a delicious cup that matures after opening, with a mellow and sweet taste that has lost some of its angularity!
