Unlike hiyaoroshi, this sake is freshly pressed and designed for the season!
The aroma as it was being poured was of ripe melon! It could also be yellow peach, but I thought it was more like 🍈, but whatever the case, it has a fresh and gorgeous fruity aroma 😍.
On the palate, there was a light, bubbly, slightly effervescent sensation, and the mouthfeel was gentler than the aroma.
The acidity is nicely balanced.
The lingering finish is light and pleasant.

10/25-26 I went to Hokkaido on a company trip ✈️ It was a fun trip, and we enjoyed the local sake tour at night... I've been to the Sapporo Clock Tower, TV Tower, and the canal walk in Otaru, but it was nice to see the beautiful autumn leaves....
