It is a delicious sake with a moderate fruity aroma and a mild taste in the mouth... 😋. The all-you-can-drink sake system at this restaurant allows you to fill your own sake cup from the shelf and take it to your seat. The third drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was Ona by Kikunosato Shuzo, which I had enjoyed before. This time it was a super-harsh junmai. The waiter told me that it might not be to my taste. The waiter told me that it might not be to my taste, but I didn't care and drank it right away. First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong. The taste is very good, with a complex and spicy flavor on top of a smooth, silky mouthfeel. Every time I drink this sake, I am reminded of how delicious junmai sake is. It goes great with food. Once again, I had a great time with the owners and my wife.
