Tochigi Ai🥰 Strengthening Month No. 6
At a local liquor store that recently started handling CWS
It says it's dry, but it has a gentle sweetness like tropical fruits or mixed juice.
The second half is firm, dry and crisp, with a short finish. When I tasted it, I thought it was very individualistic, but it is really good.
If I hadn't tasted it, I would never have bought it, so thank you for letting me try it.
Hello bouken!
I found it the other day and was wondering if I should buy it, but after reading your review, I still wanted it: ✨️
I didn't read the etiquette on the back, but I see it's "origami" 🥰.
Hi Gyve 😃
I was going to pass on this because it says it's dry, but I was impressed with it when I tasted it so I bought it 😁.
I didn't think it was raw and clingy myself until I picked it up when I bought it 😅.
Hello bouken 😃
This is Ona-chan! When Nobby went to buy it at Mashidaya, they didn't have it and when I showed him the picture, he apologized that he didn't know it 😅.
I don't think they have it because it's CWS 🧐I'll look for it ‼️
Hello Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀.
Oops 💦 sorry to hear that 😢.
I don't think you can get it even at Ona's distributor if they don't carry CWS, so it's no wonder the store owner doesn't know about it 😅.
Hope you get it 🥺.

I like hiyaoroshi. Ona is a brewery of great ability, so I couldn't help but have high expectations for this sake!
The aroma is very mild, with a hint of rustic sweetness. When the soft brewing water is added, a freshness, a slight bitterness, and a delicious flavor blooms in the mouth. However, it is ephemeral, and before you know it, it is gone, leaving a faint spiciness in the back of your throat. Hiyaoroshi, which conveys the moment of summer, is also served this evening!
The weather is delicate. ☂️ gradually feel the arrival of autumn🍂 these days. Yes, autumn means hiyaoroshi (grated Japanese mustard) and akitogi (autumn fish), which is why we chose this one: 💁♂️
Let's start with the standing aroma. It has a mild aroma of ears of rice with a hint of alcohol.
When you put it in your mouth, it is smooth and refreshing. You can feel a pleasant lingering flavor from the beginning to the end of drinking.
Serve with grilled swordfish. The flavor of the grilled fish and this sake loop together in a good balance. Oh, it is delicious!

Tonight is one of the recent regular sakes

My wife is coming to Osaka this weekend.
I opened the bottle the day before so that she could get used to it on the second day.
I opened the bottle the day before with the plan to have her try it for the first time 😊.
First of all, the aroma...
It is more refreshing than usual.
Assuming that the taste would also be refreshing
When I had a sip... yeah ❗️ it's still refreshing 😋.
I'll be bummed to see how it changes on the second day💦.
Then, the second day arrived!
A little more sake-like aroma.
I swung the other way 😅.
But the taste was clean and tasty with no major changes 🤣.
Good evening, Mr. Baum 😃.
A calm and serene Ona-san! We got ours at the Utsunomiya LRT opening celebration for color matching 😋.
Looks like the label has darkened since then 🧐.
