This is a bottle of Tochigi sake I got last Saturday from the summer sake army in the previous photo 😅.
It is a summer sake made in an environment with clean water with fireflies flying around 💡 It is made with Kikunosato Sake Brewery's wish to "brew sake in consideration of the natural environment" 🥹Onasan is a bio-diverse company ☺️

The aroma is not so great 🧐 but it's not sweet!

It's a dry sake, but it has a delicious umami flavor, so it's a comfortable drink for a summer night 🎐.
