Taste
I'm not so sure about the taste.
Alcohol 16%.
Rice: Yumenokou
Rice polishing ratio 55
Sake degree +20.0
Taste 3.6
Although it is called "super dry," it does not seem to be that dry. When drunk by itself, it did not leave a strong impression, but when paired with seafood such as salted squid and fresh shirasu (baby sardines), it was a perfect match, bringing out the flavor of both the sake and the seafood.
This red label was shining in every way.
I was curious about it and wanted to drink it.
Aizu Ryu ga Sawa!
It was dry!
It's delicious when paired with Zanzou Hourai.
Time is almost up!
Let's hurry up and drink it 🍶.
Let's find a sake to go with dim sum!

Every year, on February 17, which falls on Risshun, the 24th day of the year, shrines all over Japan hold a festival called "Prayer Festival" to pray for a good harvest in the coming year.

Nama-shu/Hiirei Nama-shu
Bitter astringent grefflish. Slightly plum-like flavor. Sourness.
The acidity and alcohol give it a sharp, dry mouthfeel.
The rice is gradually becoming delicious from within.
It is similar to the yellow label we drank before, but has more body than that.
Alcoholy and warming.
Not bad, but I prefer the yellow one.
It's only super dry +20.
It has no sweetness and is as refreshing as water.
It may be a matter of taste.
The other series were suitable for everyone, but this one is completely different.
Tonight, I would like to have a glass of it with stewed fish.
Again, the shopkeeper said, "Sweet."
Sweet aroma - like a pear.
It is soft and super smooth.
It is sweet, but clear and gentle, with a calm umami and acidity.
There is also a slightly pungent bitterness.
It is quite complex.
Delicious!
Somewhat reminiscent of peach natural water.
Junmai Daiginjo Unigori Nama-nazake🍶Thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest🪅Yumen no Kaori🌾 from Fukushima Prefecture
This is my first drink of 2024 😆.
Sweet, refreshing, melon. Dry aftertaste. Pleasantly light nigoromi. Gentle. My wife says it is "gentle enough to ease a tired heart.
Left it for a day and warmed it up the next day. 60° C. The aroma of rice spreads. The sweetness and umami are enhanced. Gentle.
Comment from the store
A new sake named after the Shinze Festival, which is held on November 23rd to give thanks for a bountiful harvest ✨This light nigori nama sake has an elegant top shelf aroma, a deep flavor, and a freshness that only new sake can offer, accented by the perfect amount of sake lees.

Iwanagaya Sake Brewery
The black and gold packaging is stern, but the sake is gentle.
The aroma is like something I have felt in my grandparents' barn in the past, or maybe not,
Salad mozuku goes well with the snacks!
Purchased on the same day as the Risshun Morning Press, this is Aizu Ryugasawa.
This bottle has a fruity, tropical fruit-like flavor that spreads slowly. It is delicious. 🙆♂️
I have the impression that many of the sakes from Fukushima are sweet and gentle, which is my favorite taste 😌.
Gorgeous, full, with a taste of rice. As an aperitif, the sweetness is a little strong. Ryugasawa is a good sake.
It is one of the sake that should be better known.
Aizu Ryugasawa Junmai Daiginjo
100% Yumenokou from Aizu
Polishing ratio 45%, alcohol content 15%.
At the Aizu Shurakukan Watanabe Sota Shoten, when I mentioned that I like sweet sake like Jyushiyo, the owner told me that this sake can be kept at room temperature and is a junmai daiginjo at a very reasonable price! You can feel the seriousness of the brewery! The owner of the store recommended this sake to me highly. It is not flashy, but it is certainly a sake that grabs your heart just like the label!
