More and more fall sake is coming out. ❗️
This Ryugasawa is another cosy and delicious sake.

There is also a refreshing feeling that is typical of daiginjos.

I don't get tired of drinking it 😃.
Cold, chilled sake on a hot day 🍶.
Summer vacation mood all around me
I still want to work a little more and welcome summer vacation 🌻🍉.
On this day, we found many more brands that we are interested in 💡.
We started off with a white label comparison
The Aizu Ryugasawa Junmai Daiginjo Tailings Nama Genshu was a first for me!
I often see Aizu Ryugasawa when I come to Noe-no Ie!
Even though it is orikara, it was clear when not stirred too much!
Light ginjo aroma!
It is a beautiful and delicious fruity sake 🍶!
Sketch of the brewery
Ingredient rice: Aizu Yumenokou
Alcohol 16%.
Polishing ratio 45
I purchased this wine because it had the largest sake level of + in the sake store than the dry one I wrote about earlier. I found it to be as strong and sharp as the soy sauce and more chopped garlic of the bonito, which is quite fatty for this time of year.
100% Aizu-produced Yumeko
Polishing ratio 45
Sake meter degree -2.5, Acidity 1.55
Alcohol 16%.
Yumeko" rice from Aizu, Fukushima Prefecture, polished to 45%, and "Bandai Nishiyamaroku Chikusui", designated as one of the best water in Japan, are used for brewing water.
I have a feeling it's going to be delicious 😆.
The aroma is fruity and gorgeous, and it has a mild, fine orikara flavor with a nice sharpness.
Fukushima sake is just delicious 🤤!
