Again, the shopkeeper said, "Sweet."
Sweet aroma - like a pear.
It is soft and super smooth.
It is sweet, but clear and gentle, with a calm umami and acidity.
There is also a slightly pungent bitterness.
It is quite complex.
Delicious!
Somewhat reminiscent of peach natural water.
Junmai Daiginjo Unigori Nama-nazake🍶Thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest🪅Yumen no Kaori🌾 from Fukushima Prefecture
This is my first drink of 2024 😆.
Sweet, refreshing, melon. Dry aftertaste. Pleasantly light nigoromi. Gentle. My wife says it is "gentle enough to ease a tired heart.
Left it for a day and warmed it up the next day. 60° C. The aroma of rice spreads. The sweetness and umami are enhanced. Gentle.
Comment from the store
A new sake named after the Shinze Festival, which is held on November 23rd to give thanks for a bountiful harvest ✨This light nigori nama sake has an elegant top shelf aroma, a deep flavor, and a freshness that only new sake can offer, accented by the perfect amount of sake lees.
Purchased at Morita Shoten @ Saitama City, Saitama, Japan 20240101
Iwanagaya Sake Brewery
The black and gold packaging is stern, but the sake is gentle.
The aroma is like something I have felt in my grandparents' barn in the past, or maybe not,
Salad mozuku goes well with the snacks!
Purchased on the same day as the Risshun Morning Press, this is Aizu Ryugasawa.
This bottle has a fruity, tropical fruit-like flavor that spreads slowly. It is delicious. 🙆♂️
I have the impression that many of the sakes from Fukushima are sweet and gentle, which is my favorite taste 😌.
Gorgeous, full, with a taste of rice. As an aperitif, the sweetness is a little strong. Ryugasawa is a good sake.
It is one of the sake that should be better known.
Aizu Ryugasawa Junmai Daiginjo
100% Yumenokou from Aizu
Polishing ratio 45%, alcohol content 15%.
At the Aizu Shurakukan Watanabe Sota Shoten, when I mentioned that I like sweet sake like Jyushiyo, the owner told me that this sake can be kept at room temperature and is a junmai daiginjo at a very reasonable price! You can feel the seriousness of the brewery! The owner of the store recommended this sake to me highly. It is not flashy, but it is certainly a sake that grabs your heart just like the label!
Mild top-fragrance aroma. Elegant sweetness and umami of rice. It is a mellow sweet Junmai Daiginjo with a gentle acidity and a slight saltiness. It is a mellow sweet Junmai Daiginjo.
