Although it is called "super dry," it does not seem to be that dry. When drunk by itself, it did not leave a strong impression, but when paired with seafood such as salted squid and fresh shirasu (baby sardines), it was a perfect match, bringing out the flavor of both the sake and the seafood.

Every year, on February 17, which falls on Risshun, the 24th day of the year, shrines all over Japan hold a festival called "Prayer Festival" to pray for a good harvest in the coming year.
April 5 is the day of "Seimei" (a seasonal word meaning the beginning of new buds) in the 24 solar terms, and at this time of the year, preparations for rice planting begin throughout Japan. The "Prayer Festival for Bountiful Sake" is held on April 5, the day of the 24th day of the month, to pray for a bountiful harvest of rice, the raw material of sake.

Sweet, refreshing, melon. Dry aftertaste. Pleasantly light nigoromi. Gentle. My wife says it is "gentle enough to ease a tired heart.
Left it for a day and warmed it up the next day. 60° C. The aroma of rice spreads. The sweetness and umami are enhanced. Gentle.
