My first brand. I bought it because I like light nigori unfiltered raw sake ❗️ It was a winner ‼️😊. It's fresh and crisp, just like nama sake. The balance of juicy sweetness and new sake bitterness is delicious 😋I'll have to buy it again.

#511 Purchased at Tachibanai Sake Shop in Kamimatsugawa, Fukushima City. Recommended for those who like dry sake! said the clerk. Is this a brand that is not often sold outside of the prefecture? It is easy to drink and has a refreshing aftertaste! Goes well with cod sprouts tempura.

Although it is called "super dry," it does not seem to be that dry. When drunk by itself, it did not leave a strong impression, but when paired with seafood such as salted squid and fresh shirasu (baby sardines), it was a perfect match, bringing out the flavor of both the sake and the seafood.
