More and more fall sake is coming out. ❗️ This Ryugasawa is another cosy and delicious sake. It is a delicious sake👍 Calm aroma Dried fruit sweetness and umami‼️ Good bitterness and acidity There is also a refreshing feeling that is typical of daiginjos. It has a good balance 😊. It is the type that goes well with a variety of meals I don't get tired of drinking it 😃.

Cold, chilled sake on a hot day 🍶. Summer vacation mood all around me I still want to work a little more and welcome summer vacation 🌻🍉. On this day, we found many more brands that we are interested in 💡. We started off with a white label comparison The Aizu Ryugasawa Junmai Daiginjo Tailings Nama Genshu was a first for me! I often see Aizu Ryugasawa when I come to Noe-no Ie! Even though it is orikara, it was clear when not stirred too much! Light ginjo aroma! It is a beautiful and delicious fruity sake 🍶! I was not a fan of dry sake, but it is very refreshing 🍶. I think it goes well with meat dishes: 🙆‍♂️ Thank you for the great sake.

I purchased this wine because it had the largest sake level of + in the sake store than the dry one I wrote about earlier. I found it to be as strong and sharp as the soy sauce and more chopped garlic of the bonito, which is quite fatty for this time of year.
