There is a bit of bitterness, and the fullness is gone.
The aroma is gorgeous and sweet, but it is not heavy and easy to drink.
It is a good sake to drink by itself with ice in summer.
It is an easy-drinking sweet sake.
It is delicious. This is my impression after drinking a little after a meal.
