I purchased this wine because it had the largest sake level of + in the sake store than the dry one I wrote about earlier. I found it to be as strong and sharp as the soy sauce and more chopped garlic of the bonito, which is quite fatty for this time of year.

Yumeko" rice from Aizu, Fukushima Prefecture, polished to 45%, and "Bandai Nishiyamaroku Chikusui", designated as one of the best water in Japan, are used for brewing water.
I have a feeling it's going to be delicious 😆.
The aroma is fruity and gorgeous, and it has a mild, fine orikara flavor with a nice sharpness.
Fukushima sake is just delicious 🤤!
Sake event I attended the other day❗
The sake was delicious 🐉 and the costuming was very good ✨.
When I was waiting for the entrance in front of the reception desk, people from Machida Sake Brewery and Eikawa Sake Brewery were talking to each other❗I wanted to hear many stories, but I thought it would be a bad idea for an amateur to interfere in the conversation between professionals❗Patience, patience❗
Meat and potatoes, along with the teppanyaki I bought. 😋
Summer sake, an annual treat. 😍.
Light, asary sweet, junmai daiginjo.
but not too assertive and easy to drink.
It's a sake that is easy to drink without being too assertive. It is perfect for this time of year, too.
It's perfect for this time of year, but it's also great in the middle of summer,
I would like to drink it chilled in midsummer.
I would like to drink it cold in midsummer. I'll buy it next time I go shopping 😃.
I'll buy one next time I go shopping 😂.
Hanapin konbanhar (o´ω`o)no~~~
The meat and potatoes aren't cooked and the color is beautiful✨
I'm thinking of going to a liquor store in the southern part of Miyagi prefecture after the inspection 😊.
Maybe I'll stop by Fukushima on the way 🤭.
Second cup. (*^^*)
They don't have Shizuoka sake here. So I had a drink there.
There is my favorite sake from Aizu. I have to say, nothing beats the crystal clear water of Aizu!
Super light and dry. The sharp bitterness is nice!
I'm eating tuna sashimi and beef hormone, so I was right in choosing this one.
