Reunion after 42 years since high school graduation
A classmate of mine was going to work in Sapporo, so we decided to have a drink together.
We started off with my own drink, Winter Moon.
Peachy and light!
It has been kept in the refrigerator for more than a month after opening the bottle.
I didn't chill it too much at the time of drinking, so you can feel the sweetness fully!
Once we started talking, we lost track of time and kept talking!
We even forgot to eat and drink!
Yay, it was a lot of fun!

After three years? Winter Moon
This time, I can't wait until winter lol
Last time was normal Fuyutsugetsuki.
This one is the normal one heated up in a bottle and matured at low temperature until autumn 😆.
The aroma is strong ❣️
But it still doesn't have the peachy yeast peachy taste😅.
But it's still delicious 😋💕
It's distinctly sweet and pungent at the same time, with a gentle zing of sourness and bitterness afterwards 😆👍.
The rounded flavor of hiyaoroshi is nice 😋❣️

My homemade spiced curry 🍛.
I make it every once in a while lol.
My family likes it surprisingly well 😉.
Blending various spices to make curry is like a chemistry experiment 😁.
Sometimes I fail,
But this time, it was good.
Good morning, Pon, ☀️
It's really like a chemistry experiment with 5-6 spices and other seasonings etc. 🤣 The aroma of the spices is irresistible.
The aroma of the spices is irresistible🤗❣️
Junmai Ginjo Three Season Aged Winter Moon 🌕 that can't wait until winter.
We couldn't make it for the Fifteen Nights, but we got the autumn version of the winter moon.
It has a juicy, well-balanced sweetness and acidity that is typical of winter moon.
It seems to go well with fall flavors 😍.
A different charm from Shinshin😍.
Thank you for the food 🙏.
Of course, I'll have the winter moon too: ❣️
A junior colleague who has worked with me for many years is being transferred and we are having a farewell party tomorrow.
Let's give him something as a parting gift.
We often went drinking together, so let's get him some sake!
We went to a liquor store in a Chitose Aeon on a moment's notice.
The full moon label of Fuyutsu no Tsuki was on order, so I had a few bottles of Fuyutsu no Tsuki that I had drunk last year and couldn't wait until winter, so I had them wrap it up for me!
I also bought another bottle to sample tonight!
I had it on the rocks at the hotel!
Aged for three years!
Peach taste and aroma are strong!
The taste is so good that you can tell it's been aged well!
I'll hand it to him tomorrow to say thank you for your hard work!
Unexpectedly, I had limited opportunities to drink this year's Winter Moon.
It was one of my favorite brands after all 🎉.

Junmai Ginjo Nigori Sake

Purchased at Sakabayashi, a local sake store
I bought this bottle on a business trip to Okayama 🤗.
You can buy the regular Winter Moon in Hiroshima, but you won't find the seasonal version in Hiroshima, so I bought this one ✨.
Winter Moon 🌙, open the bottle with caution ⚠️, secondary fermentation in bottle🫧, nigori sake, Okayama white peach yeast🍑, the phrase alone is enough to confirm it's delicious 🤤.
Let's have some!
Yum~~~(*">д<)"
Just the right amount of sweetness and gas gives it a refreshing taste.
You can drink it with low alcohol content and gobble it up.
Perfect for hot days.
Ambassador for adults
Good evening, J&N!
It's a very refreshing sake with a sweet taste 🤗.
I think the regular version is more widely available in Japan, but the regular version is also delicious, so I'm sure I'll be repeating it every year 🤤.
Full of rice flavor & a fizzy feeling.
The label warned against opening the bottle, but it was not so jagged.
I drank it gently without shaking it, so it tasted like amazake with the remaining lees at the end.
It's summer, but I got the popular winter moon 🌙 for the first time 😋.
I found it across the county border😋.
The label is cool, stylish and highly anticipated💓
Open the bottle with a pop 🍾.
The secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a pleasant shuwashu feeling and a refreshing sweetness that spreads 😋.
It's different from the Shinshin, and it's good, too 👍.
I'll try the black label 🌙 sometime 😙.
My favorite winter months hanpukai series.
This year, I have been able to purchase every time without fail.
This time, it's a sparkling sake, as it is a second fermentation sake in the bottle.
Recently, I have often enjoyed sparkling sake from fruity brands such as Senkori, Shinmasa, and Kaze no Mori, but this sake is a sparkling sweet sake, like an adult Mitsuya Cider.
The sweet taste makes it very easy to drink, yet the sparkling sensation is very pleasant to drink, and the sake is honestly delicious.
I think it should be a year-round saké.
I love Winter Moon because of its not-too-sweet sweetness, and I can recommend this sake as well.
Thank you for the treat.
My recent favorite, Winter Moon.
I found it at a liquor store I wandered into and bought it.
I like the taste, but the aroma is stronger than the last time I drank it.
The aroma is stronger than the last time I drank it.
It's a little bit peculiar.
I wondered why, but the label says it was made on 11/26/2021.
It's a year old.
I wonder if it's because it's been aged for a year.

Suddenly, the bottle is opened.
Moderate gassiness
Fruity and sweet with a slight top note
Fruity aroma like plums, full sweetness, and rice flavor spreads, and it finishes quickly with a hint of acidity and bitterness.
It is sweet, but the bitterness harmonizes the sweetness, giving it a soft impression, and it can be served as a mid-meal drink or on its own.
It went well with seared seasoned Genghis Khan, egg omelet, grilled hiratake mushrooms with ponzu sauce, and tofu and lettuce salad.
The cherry bonsai is now completely leafed out, but it looks like it could make cherries!
Masaaki Sapporo, nice to meet you😄
Thank you very much for all the handsome comments 🤗I have not had winter moon yet, but it is very helpful 👍I will buy it when I see it 😆👍.
Masa-san Thank you for your continued support! Comments are subjective and for memorandum purposes, so I cannot be held responsible for them, but if that's OK with you, lol...
