Instead, before work, I stopped by a shrine dedicated to a great local man, Hashimoto Sanai, to get a red seal and a good luck charm that is given only on the new and full moons of each month 😁.
I prayed for a good tsukimi sake for this year with both of them 🍶 and opened a bottle here.

This time we will taste it in the large sake cup of the moon 😋.
Fruity sweet aroma like white peach, slight carbonation on the tip of the tongue, juicy and rich flavor, sweetness, sweet and fruity aftertaste, and finally bitter taste in the back of the throat.
As you get used to drinking it, the bitterness fades and the sweet aroma and taste and the lingering aftertaste are like peaches, which are gentler than the moon in the harsh winter night sky.
The entrée is Chiba marlin sashimi.
I bought this at Sake no Maeda when I got off at Fukuyama, a stopover I always make on my way to Onomichi at the end of October last year!
