It is delicious. When I read Shinzo, it was Kagura. I bought it at Shimada Sake Shop because I thought the typeface of Shinzo was cool. As it says, "the corners are removed and the sake becomes rounded." It is delicious!

I was deleting photos and found an unposted one. I'll register this brand because I don't drink much. I was attracted to this sake because it is "limited to restaurants". The fact that it is not limited to Izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) is very Kyoto-like. I remember we were all oohing and aahing over the cool label when the bottle came out!

Second post today ~ ✌️ This one is also a JINZO, hi. Even though I found the sake I was looking for, you all take a look at the showcase, don't you? I looked at the showcase and saw that there was a limited edition sake for the Gion Festival ❣️. There was no reason not to buy it🙄. The taste is not as fruity as usual, but a bit astringent. It has a pineapple-like fruitiness...! I'm very happy with the taste of this wine. By the way, it's the Gion Festival, isn't it? I once went to see the Yamaboko Junko (float procession) once (after leaving work), but the crowd was so huge that I couldn't really move forward. I couldn't really move forward. It was like a super-crowded train on the road. And the crowd kept growing. I thought it would be the first and last Gion Festival, but I never thought I would be able to feel the Gion Festival through drinking. It's great, isn't it?

Yes, I have been waiting for this! We've been waiting for this summer-only sake-infused liqueur~~~☀️🌻🏄🍶! I'll have it in a Jinzo glass 😋😋. Everything from the label to the lid to everything else is so pretty! I was in agony at the feeling of fruit juice! I thought it was just sweet, but then a nice alcoholic aroma came in, and finally the salt tightens up the flavor! Bijou 100 points 💯. Freshness 100 💯. 100 points for balance of flavors💯. Congratulations on your total score of 500 million points: ㊗️ My regular liquor store didn't have it, so I went directly to the brewery to buy it, but they only had about 7 more bottles in their showcase 😨💧. Could have been a sellout... Thank you Matsui Sake Brewery for all your help, luv!

Home Drinking Record I know it's delicious, but it's a little expensive. But I bought it ^_^ The bottle looks good. Colorless, transparent, just a hint of gas. Sweet aroma, a little bit of alcohol. It is a little bit banana-like. Easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much. Recommended if you like Kangiku.

night drinking My tentative No. 1 🥇 I really love this sake with the coolness of the bottle! It's limited distribution, so if I don't have it on hand, I'll be an unmemorable woman. It's so good that I keep two bottles in stock. It has a strong fizzy and fruity taste like muscat 🤤. I'm not very good at opening the lid because I'm not very strong, but it's too fizzy and helps me open the bottle, I like that too (lol).

From my beloved Jinzo... Shiso today! They brewed it together with unfiltered sake (according to their official website). So I guess that means this is shiso-flavored sake. It's been about 2 weeks since I opened the bottle, and even though it's a 360 ml bottle, it's still very fragrant even after 2 weeks. But the moment I opened it, it was the most intensely delicious. It was my fault for not drinking it all right after opening it. My apologies.

Koni 🍶 I highly recommend this one 👀. The sake brewery here is interesting in that they combine sake with yogurt, yuzu, plums, and in summer, a limited amount of mango, in addition to shiso!

We went to Matsui Sake Brewery, located a little further down from Demachiyanagi in Kyoto. We were charged and had a variety of sake and snacks. This is the first of two bottles I purchased among the many drinks I tried. This summer-only Hae-chan tastes refreshingly summery and clean. It is a daiginjo, but it has a lot of character and is delicious.
