We got the bottom of the bottle 🍶.
The top aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
It has a sweet and sour taste with good acidity and umami in the mouth.
The taste is mild and mellow, probably due to the bottom of the bottle.

Exactly as I remember summer wines, fresh, light and very pleasantly easy to drink one in one gulp.
Today, I had the pleasure of playing through Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding 2 with the wine, a game I'll probably never forget, a game that pierces my soul, highly recommended!
I've had both the spring and summer wines for this one, Shinzo, and I'm very much looking forward to their fall and winter wines!

This Nanayo seems to be distributed only at restaurants, but I was lucky enough to buy it✨.
When the bottle is opened, there is a pleasant light popping sound.
The aroma is mildly fruity, like lychee or lime. It smells so good.
When you put it in your mouth, wow!
A slight gasiness and a slight tingle on the tip of the tongue. It is very pleasant!
The sweetness is refreshing. It has a very clear taste and is easy to drink!
After drinking, there is no unpleasant taste, and the lingering good aroma is pleasant.
It may be the best sake I've ever had with no lingering tastelessness.
The taste is elegant and dignified, reminiscent of the streets of the ancient capital of Kyoto ✨.
