I was able to go to the 2nd anniversary of the Asano Sake Shop Kyoto relocation, so I had a glass of commemorative sake.
It was a little different from the usual Ruri...a little more robust.
I should have compared the two.
☀️
Sweet🍭.
But the pull is fast 🙄.
The light, soft sweetness creates an elegant throat feel.
Moderately interesting sake 🍶.
It seems to go well with light flavored food: 🍽️
It is hot again today, and a hot wind is blowing.
On a day like this, a bottle of this lapis lazuli-colored wine
This is my first brewery (I've been trying it recently)!
Pineapple aroma rising in the air!
When you put it in your mouth, you can gently feel the pineapple.
But the sweetness is not as strong as I expected.
It is a little sweet and refreshing.
It may be a bottle suitable for a day like this.

thanks Saito Sake Shop (Shimono: Ootawara)
I enjoy the liquor stores I frequent in my neighborhood because sometimes they sell small quantities of brands they don't normally carry. This time I bought a bottle of Kamizo, which I had not tasted before, because it was stocked.
It is delicious with a fruity flavor, gentle sweetness, dark umami, and a sourness that rounds out the taste! Polishing is 70, and the goodness of unpasteurized water is well expressed and the umami is rich, but not harsh. I could enjoy it to the end without any lingering flavor! Thank you for the sake 😊.
I was worried about whether the taste had changed since I bought it in May or June? I was worried that the taste might have changed since I bought it in May or June, but I was relieved to find that it tasted good for the time being.
It tasted somewhat melon-like? There was a sweetness, but the bitterness came out later, so I didn't feel it was too bitter.
I decide my own battlefield with my heart, not my blood.
Kamizo nigori following Hirotogawa nigori!
I bought this when I went to Kyoto in May ✨.
It's obviously the type that sprays out,
I can't help but notice that the stopper isn't screwed 😅.
It's like it's telling you to blow it up😇.
But the brewer told me how to open the bottle,
The brewer told me to use tweezers to make a hole in the middle of the stopper and let the gas out!
I was able to open it with no difficulty👍
It has more flavor than the Hirotogawa, so the sweetness and umami of the rice is stronger ✨.
It is rich but has a good gasiness and is easy to drink 😋.
I'm glad I was able to buy it because it seemed to be seasonal!
At Matsui Sake Brewery, which we visited yesterday, the brewer highly recommended this sake 😀.
Actually, this sake for purchase was bottled just 2 days ago and the brewer told us to open the bottle as soon as possible because it is in great condition and definitely tastes better than the same sake that is currently being tasted at the brewery for a fee 😀.
First of all, the aroma is not so much junmai as junmai daiginjo... it could be called junmai daiginjo😇.
Just one sip and you can taste the beautiful flavor 😀.
The elegant sweetness and umami that is not cloying spread on the palate, and the sake was so delicious that it is proud to be called "quintessential sake.
Good evening, Yasbay 😃.
I wonder if it's freshly bottled, it hasn't deteriorated and the aroma and taste will be fresh as if it's directly pumped 🤔.
The brewery's freshly packed Kamizo looks delicious 🤤.
Good evening, Yasubeyesan😃If the brewer told me that much, I would buy it and drink it instantly 😁and the delicious looking yakiniku at Yasubeyesan, nothing but the best ✨.
Hi Pon 😀
I think I'll have to buy it and take it home if you recommend it with that much pressure on the stones 🤣.
But I'm glad I took it home as recommended 😀.
I often go walking in Kyoto, so I'm sure I'll go back 😀.
Good evening, Aladdin 😀
It was a delicious sake with the fresh taste and aroma of freshly pressed sake 😀.
I think this sake tastes better freshly made than aged ❓❓😀😀.
Hi Wakata 😀
I thought it was a bit different from yakiniku, so I had the yakiniku with a liqueur with soda 😀.
The drink helped to clean off the fat in my mouth after eating the meat😇.
Kaorin has been on summer vacation for more than a week, but I've been working as per the calendar 😅.
So today is the last day of our summer vacation, and the fifth and final leg of our usual walking tour of temples, shrines, and sake breweries 😇.
We took the Hankyu and Keihan trains to Demachiyanagi in Kyoto 😀.
After visiting a few temples and shrines in the northeastern part of Kyoto, we went to Matsui Sake Brewery located between Sanjo and Demachiyanagi 😀.
This was a very nice store with a relaxed atmosphere where you can do paid tastings and merchandising if you have a reservation 😇.
We bought a prepaid card for 3000 yen for two people and had our favorite sake at a table 😇.
Kamizo's main sake seems to be a celebration of Kyoto sake rice, but my favorite sake we had today was a summer-only jun-dai made with omachi 😀.
It had a summery acidity and sweetness...I could taste muscat and figs, but it was not clingy and it finished nicely😇.
It was a bit expensive to buy for home, so I got two bottles of junmai and nigori sake recommended by the brewery 😇.
Hi Yasube & Kaorin 🐦.
I see you went to Kamizo 😻Thanks for your time in the hot weather💦I'm curious about it since I like Omachi....
I went last spring and the sake tasting was very different so I want to go back 😆.
Good evening, Yasube & Kaorin 😃.
Your visit to Matsui Sake Brewery is intoxicating ☺️
Kamizo has gorgeous and beautiful bottles, but the sake ware for the tasting at the brewery is also very elaborate and amazing 😊.
It's a great location and I'd love to visit 🚃🚶➡️
Hi Pon-chan 😀
I see that you have been to Matsui Sake Brewery before 😀.
I've always wanted to go back because it was such a nice brewery, but if the tasting changes with the seasons, I'd love to go in a different season 😀.
Hi Aladdin 😀
This was my first time to try Matsui Sake Brewery's sake and it really is a beautiful bottle 😀.
The regular self-serve sake was served in wine glasses, but the nigori sake was served separately and the glasses were special and beautiful 😊.
Finally, I was able to buy a Tokujinzo.
