This is amazing. It is described as "pure rice sake that is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and made from pure sake" and it is. The taste is heavy and thick on the tongue. It tastes fresh like yogurt with a hint of rice, but it is not sweet. It is heavy and lingers in the throat, yet it is not sticky like Shaoxing sake.
The sake and acidity levels are undisclosed. It's an attitude that does not allow one to easily read the specs.
I found a great product. Highly recommended. Definitely recommended.
