.
This is also my first visit to Jinzo 👏.
I had no knowledge of the place when I first saw it, so I chose the most expensive place I could find🤣.
First of all, it looks divine 🛐.
Is it a bottle of plaster? No, no😅lol
Then the first sip while looking at this bottle
'Delicious ‼️'
I don't know what it is but it's delicious😍✨
It's not sharp in any way, but it's a cohesive taste 😋.
Not too spicy, not too sweet, not too sour, just right 🤔.
I know you're going to ask me to tell you clearly, but I can't 🤣.
Try it! ☝️
Good evening 🎶.
I had a drink the other day. Yes, it was very tasty. I would say it's worth the price, but I'm not going to say that. I said that twice because it's important 😁.
Ane, good evening 😆.
I was looking at this gorgeous comparison of white and lurie 👍✨
I didn't think at the time that I would drink it too, but I did 🤗
Delicious❗, indeed delicious ‼️
I'll give it a second guess too 🤣.
Thanks again, ma-ki-, here: 🙇♂️
They have mini bottles too⁉⬜.
There are a lot of delicious drinks from the west, which further ignited my pioneering spirit: ❤️🔥
There's more to come ❗👊✨
The word "kanzo" is written on a large styrofoam bottle.
When you break it in two, you find a cool-looking bottle of kagura inside.
The bottle is not filtered at all, so it is said to have a faint, young grass color derived from koji (malted rice).
Sake rice is 65% polished rice.
It has a clear drinking taste that is hard to believe it is 65.
It has a fresh mouthfeel and a sweet, savory, yet refreshing finish.
I remember it was the No. 1 sake at a sake event at Matsuo Taisha shrine in Kyoto this spring.
I am very proud of its ability and I am hanging my head 🙇.
Good morning, Nee-san!
Your bottles are beautiful, aren't they ✨?
I remember visiting Matsui Sake Brewery at the end of last year😊.
And it's a delicious sake 😋.
I wanted to drink a little more after opening the "Sairai Yojo-no-Kaze," so let's open the smaller ones I had in stock 🍶.
Shinzo Tokubetsu Junmai Shu (special junmai sake) 1gou can.
Soft rice aroma, smooth mouthfeel, juicy umami, sweetness with a strong presence behind, clean finish and lingering aftertaste, and a slight bitterness that lingers at the bottom.
The back of the bottle says it is an assemblage of junmai-shu and junmai-daiginjo brewed with Kyoto-grown sake rice (celebratory rice and gohyakumangoku rice).
And today, August 14, I'm going to Kanazawa's Daigo for a Sake Katsudo 🚄.
Will update in real time if possible: ✨️
The 4th picture is the "Yaki Saba Oroshi Soba" which I had before going to Kanazawa 😋 delicious!
Hi Jive 😃.
Your medical checkup is over and you have started your sobriety 🚅.
I hope you will go to Kanazawa to work on your sobriety 🥰The buckwheat noodles you eat look delicious as always 😆.
Good evening, HinaHanaMama 🌛.
I've made a lot of progress with my sake consumption, so I'm going to start posting my reviews now 🥰.
The "grated mackerel soba" here is also delicious 😋.
