It is delicious. When I read Shinzo, it was Kagura. I bought it at Shimada Sake Shop because I thought the typeface of Shinzo was cool. As it says, "the corners are removed and the sake becomes rounded." It is delicious!

I was deleting photos and found an unposted one. I'll register this brand because I don't drink much. I was attracted to this sake because it is "limited to restaurants". The fact that it is not limited to Izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) is very Kyoto-like. I remember we were all oohing and aahing over the cool label when the bottle came out!

It is early autumn sake 🍁. Rice Polishing Ratio Not disclosed Alcohol 15%. Gorgeous and fruity aroma Ripe fruity taste, slightly spicy Sweeter on the second day while still fruity↑Moist and sweeter than spring and summer, reminds me of autumn 🍁. Juicy and delicious❣️ 3rd day, sweet and juicy, no pungency or bitterness, well balanced! Very tasty as the day before ✨ On the 4th day, juicy with strong flavor! I have comped the seasonal 🎶. I like sweetness, spring or fall 🙄... 🙄. I'm happy to put the bottles side by side 🤭.

Well.......Kamizo is still delicious.... Sweet aroma and this drinkability! The aftertaste comes with an indescribable grassy fresh bitterness. As it changes from cold to room temperature, it gets sweeter and sweeter. It's so delicious all the time ♡.

I had this shippo at an obanzai restaurant in Kyoto, where I was on a business trip. It had a fruity, yet rich flavor. I found out that the brewery was not far from the hotel where I was staying, so I went jogging the next morning to see the cedar balls on the eaves of the building.

It's been a long time since I've had a Jinzo 🍶 It has a gorgeous pineapple aroma and taste, but it's not so rich and clean. Yum! And it looks cool!

The day after I drank the Nanayo, I opened another bottle of Shinzo that I had bought. (Lovely bottle!) This one is also slightly sweet and clean, and like the Nanayo, it has a little waft of flavor that I'm noticing: ...... I know, it's a gassy feeling. Even after opening the bottle, it was still puffing and blowing when I opened it for about a week.

A cup of tears. Around the sweetness. Mid-palate, sweetness with umami, transitioning slowly. A little bit of richness in the back end, accented with a sense of miscellaneous flavors, and a sense of openness.

I think the second time I had this also now at obanzi in Kyoto. Staff said it was “kaori (flavorful). My partner thought on the sweet side. I enjoyed with our meal.
