It is delicious. When I read Shinzo, it was Kagura. I bought it at Shimada Sake Shop because I thought the typeface of Shinzo was cool. As it says, "the corners are removed and the sake becomes rounded." It is delicious!

I was deleting photos and found an unposted one. I'll register this brand because I don't drink much. I was attracted to this sake because it is "limited to restaurants". The fact that it is not limited to Izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) is very Kyoto-like. I remember we were all oohing and aahing over the cool label when the bottle came out!

100% celebration. The aroma is not high, but the superb sweetness that comes after a long sip spreads to the edge of the tongue and returns, causing another wave. The deep flavor makes you feel like you've been drinking a lot.

Kyoto's sake is a sake of Kyoto, right? It was not Zaku, which is a drink for restaurants, but Shichiyou. It's sweet, juicy, shuwa, and delicious. I had my first hamburger at the after-party 🍔 I heard it was famous. My friend who eats and drinks wanted to go there, so I went along with him. It's expensive, but I like ramen to finish off the meal.

We enjoyed a variety of sake at the Ebisu Sake Walk. Among them, this Junmai Daiginjo named "Nanayo" was so delicious that I wanted to drink it every day! It is beautiful! It has a faint fizzy taste. The yuzu (yuzu citrus) sake next to it was also delicious. Sake Shujiro✕Matsui Sake Brewery. Thank you very much!
