The aftertaste comes with an indescribable grassy fresh bitterness.
As it changes from cold to room temperature, it gets sweeter and sweeter.

I had this shippo at an obanzai restaurant in Kyoto, where I was on a business trip. It had a fruity, yet rich flavor. I found out that the brewery was not far from the hotel where I was staying, so I went jogging the next morning to see the cedar balls on the eaves of the building.
The day after I drank the Nanayo, I opened another bottle of Shinzo that I had bought. (Lovely bottle!)
This one is also slightly sweet and clean, and like the Nanayo, it has a little waft of flavor that I'm noticing: ...... I know, it's a gassy feeling. Even after opening the bottle, it was still puffing and blowing when I opened it for about a week.
There is a strange flavor... what is this? It's sweet and delicious, but this flavor on top of that bothers me...
They say it's a limited version for restaurants.

I think the second time I had this also now at obanzi in Kyoto. Staff said it was “kaori (flavorful). My partner thought on the sweet side. I enjoyed with our meal.
