Well, I'm going to open a bottle of this one next week because I'm going to be running out of space in my fridge due to the new sake season 🍾.
I learned about this one from a regular at the bar, Kamizo in Kyoto ✨.
The sake bottles are beautiful and stylish 😎.
As for the taste, the top aroma is fruity like pineapple 🍍.
The overt aroma is also pineapple aroma, but it also has a nice fresh aroma like rumney and green apple!
The schwartziness and sweet-sourness of the gas amplifies the rummy feeling, and the impact of the flavor in the early stages is 👍.
The sweetness fades out in the second half, and the bitterness comes out in the third half to finish it off nicely 😊.
I was satisfied with this delicious sake that I like 👍
