When you drink it, you feel a little chilli, and sweetness and richness come in. Then comes the acidity! Finally, it finishes with a zingy umami and acidity.
You can feel the concentrated umami of the rice, and it is a delicious taste that will slowly make you drink more and more.
If you let it sit for a while, it seems to become clearer down your throat. The slightly boiled grapes, alcohol, and acidity make it easy to drink.
However, it is not a gulp-down type of sake, but a type of delicious sake that can be enjoyed with snacks.

Purchased at Kanenaka Sake Shop.
The store was well-stocked with Shichibonryari and Matsunotsu no Tsukasa, but this time I bought the former.
The aroma is refreshing with a hint of sourness.
The freshly opened bottle is very tasty, with a sourness that is felt on the tongue, and a delicious rice flavor that spreads through the nose!
It has a very pleasant sharpness that can be enjoyed over and over again. ✨️
It is good as a stand-alone sake or as an in-between-dinner drink!

I bought it at a liquor store in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, after seeing other customers buying it 🍶.
The sweetness of the rice and moderate acidity. I personally like the discreet aroma (cemedine type), and this was another delicious bottle 🍶!
