宵桜蒼
Shichibonjari Junmai Daiginjo Watabune
The aroma has a faint iso and yogurt smell 🍌🍦.
The taste has the same yogurt-like milkiness as the aroma, with just a hint of sweetness and a strong acidity. (There may also be a slight caramelized kogei taste!).
The aftertaste is quite sharp and clean! 😁.
Ichioshi-shi from the liquor store! I haven't had Watanosen use sake in a long time! I've not had it in a long time 🥰.

One of my favorite liquor stores has started a sake and shochu lottery for December. The condition for the lottery is to buy a bottle of something to apply, so I was looking around the store when I saw the word "Watafune". This was the third sake made with Watafune, a classic type with a strong pineapple aroma and a good amount of spiciness, although I could taste some bitterness, probably due to the 77% low-pasteurization. It goes well with shiitake mushroom tempura. 😊In case you are wondering, the result of the lottery will be in a month. It is an attractive liquor store where you can buy it at a fixed price because of the point system and lottery.
