20241201: This is the 11th sake from Izakaya Chirori's 10th anniversary event.
I forgot to take a picture of the label on the day of the event 😭😱I was able to take a picture of it a week later on 12/07 when we held a get-together because it was still left 🤗.
It is a little dry and refreshing...but it has a slightly peculiar aroma. I wonder if it's a quirk of the sake rice, tamaei...

Comment] This is a refreshing mellow sake. It has a clear taste with little bitterness, probably due to the fact that it is pesticide-free. It has a white wine taste. However, it lacks punch. The sharpness is good. It gives the impression of a sake that goes well with simple, unpretentious Japanese food.
Overall evaluation】★★★★☆
It has a sweet aroma reminiscent of ripe bananas, apples, and apricots, with some alkali and dense acidity, and a hint of whey and cork.
When chilled, it tastes a little astringent, but after the temperature loosens up, the soft impression is nice. I wonder if this is the flavor derived from the wooden vat. I am enjoying the aroma in the nose and the aftertaste while sipping it slowly and sipping it slowly.
Good evening, fukuchane 🐥.
Thank you very much for your comment 😊It has a different taste from the flashy flavor of the modern type. I'm enchanted by the beauty of the polyphonic and spacious liquor quality 😌I hope you can pick it up!
The aroma is weak before drinking. When you put it in your mouth, it has a pleasant aroma. It smells like cedar or cypress, as it has wood in its name. The aftertaste is not too strong, but just right. I was able to purchase it on a trip, but it will be a while before I can drink it again, considering where I live.
