The aroma is mild. After a smooth entry into the mouth, the umami of the rice spreads and is followed by the sharpness of the acidity. It reaffirms the quality of sake with less polished rice.
No gas (?)
Green apple and white grape aroma, fresh sweetness, fruity.
Tingling sensation and acidity spread on the tongue afterwards.
The tingling sensation lingers for a long time.
Finally, the umami of rice, a little bitterness, and astringency spread gradually.
There is a slight alcohol taste.
Today, I participated in the Niigata Sake-no-Ten and just returned home... It was great again, but I'll talk about that later... This is my first time drinking Shichibon-Yari. It has a rich aroma and a flavor that lingers in the back of the throat. I have the impression that it is not sold very often in the Kanto area, but I wonder how it is. I would like to continue drinking this brand.
Good morning, madamarr 😃.
That was awesome, Niigata Sake no Jin! Sounds like fun 🤗Seven spears are sold in Utsunomiya and we love them too 😋 delicious!
This is a ginjo-spec draft sake made with local sake rice, Tamakae, and brewed in a wooden vat. It has a soft and rich aroma in the mouth, but at the same time, it has an exquisite balance with a sharp taste and a smooth throat. It has a very carefully crafted feel.
At IMADEYA Ginza. This sake is made in a wooden vat. The fresh sweetness of rice spreads on the tongue and the aroma passes through the nose. With a rice polishing ratio of 60%, it is both gorgeous and full-bodied. It is not too sweet and has a good balance that makes it suitable for a mid-meal drink. Very much to my liking!
