This year's dancyu's sake feature got me interested in sake.

It has a heavy and solid taste. ❗️

A little bit of astringency in the last part is like a wooden vat.
I thought this is not my usual wine glass.
I immediately changed it to a flat sake cup and drank it again.
This one is still better.
I drank it with meat and potatoes.
