All you can drink is still going on w
The 567th drink is from Nakazawa Sake Brewery🍶.
Ryo seems to be named after the brewery ✨️
This is my favorite of the three 😊.
I moved to Kanagawa and got "Ryo" from Nakazawa Sake Brewery, which is well-known for my favorite "Matsumidori"💐 Special junmai made with "Kawazu-zakura yeast" from Nishihirahata Park in Matsuda-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture, "Kinuhikari" from Ashigara, Kanagawa Prefecture and "All Kanagawa" underground water from the Tanzawa River in Kanagawa Prefecture! The mellow rice flavor from the sweetness of the rice...delicious even if you drink it as it is 😋The snacks are a Kanagawa marriage of Odawara local fish 🐟 Raw tuna, bluefin squid 🦑, specialty oshitsuke (deep-fried tofu), chicken, wakashi, horse mackerel....nothing to say...the best of all! .......a luxurious dinner.......
It is a gorgeous sake with a soft aroma of wood from the moment you open your mouth. I don't remember it being this gorgeous.
We are drinking it with a larp filled with pak choi, which is interesting because they assert each other without being overpowered by the pak choi aroma. It went well with satsuma-age (fried fish cake).
Brilliant and robust. It has a nice balance of aroma, richness, and acidity. The sweetness is moderate, so it is good as a food sake. It goes well with green peppers on top of larp. It's been a while since I've had this, but it's very tasty. ★★★★★
It was made entirely in Kanagawa.
It has a floral aroma like peach,
Somewhat behind it are flavors of white flowers, salted kelp, and sand (strange).
Light, smooth, cotton-candy sweetness.
After the rice flavor is felt, the taste is light, smooth, and cotton-candy sweetness,
After the rice flavor is felt, the acidity and spiciness fade in gently, and then it is cut off.
This limited edition sake is brewed with local rice called "Kinuhikari" using yeast isolated from Kawazu cherry trees near the brewery, based on the concept of using only raw materials produced in Kanagawa Prefecture.
The sake rice is "Kinuhikari" produced in Kanagawa Prefecture, with a milling ratio of 60%, and the yeast is "natural Kawazu-zakura yeast" from Matsuda-machi, Kanagawa Prefecture.
The sake was served well chilled!
From the first sip, I was like ✨✨✨this is my favorite one 😆😆.
The aroma and sweetness stand out from the very first sip👍.
It is gorgeous and has a good balance of both acidity and sweetness. There is also a fruity ginjo aroma and a rice flavor at the end 🤤.
We paired it with Hiramasa sashimi. This is a sake that also goes well with sashimi✨.
Brother! Thanks for your comment!
I had had Sagaminada before that, so it was interesting to compare and contrast the drinks👍.
Ryo was really a new discovery I came across at the store!
Please enjoy the brewery 😆!
Sake party at a nearby bar!
We had about 24 bottles to drink as much as we could.
I took note of all the varieties ✎.
Ryo
Gorgeous and rich, with a cloying aftertaste.
Cherry blossom yeast is a springtime sake.
Ryo Kawazu Sakura Yeast Brewing
Sake bought in Odawara, Part 2
This time, a sake from Kanagawa.
I was attracted by the spring-like label.
What a surprise!
Kawazu-zakura yeast is used 😱.
For more details about this sake, please see the picture on the back label.

It has a fresh mouthfeel, which is typical of nama-shu.
It has a clean taste with a hint of sweetness.
A hint of sweetness and a crisp, pleasant acidity.
A pleasant acidity with a nice sharpness.
A well-balanced and delicious sake👍.
As the temperature rises,
As the temperature rises, the overall taste is stronger and a little heavier.
It gives a slightly heavy impression.
If you warm it up
you may enjoy a different aspect 😁.
It's not Kawazu-zakura,
While enjoying the cherry blossoms
Walking Fuku with my wife
Fuku is also very excited😊.
Good evening, Manta-san 🦉.
If I see a spring-like label, I'll want it 😊and it's Kawazu cherry yeast! I wonder if it has a cherry blossom aroma or flavor? I'm attracted to it ❣️
Fuku-kun is in a good mood 😻Is there something about cherry blossoms that attracts you? 😊
Good morning, Manta 😃!
Kawazu Sakura yeast 🌸is THE spring sake! The taste review sounds delicious 😋.
Good dynamic photo of Fuku-kun under the blue sky 🥹 cherry blossoms 🌸.
Good morning, my eternal best friend Manta 😃.
I tend to buy spring liquors in jackets because they make me feel gorgeous ❗️
I'm the same way 😄.
Fuku-kun looks happy under the cherry tree🌸
Hello Pon-chan ^_^
I've been attracted to your label for a long time: ☺️
I noticed it after I bought it, Kawazu cherry yeast: ✌️
Fuku is always happy to go somewhere different.
In Fuku's opinion, dumplings are better than flowers 😁.
Hi Jay & Nobby ^_^
I bought this sake not knowing it was Kawazu Sakura yeast, but when I tried it, it was delicious ✨.
I'm glad you understand ☺️
The theme of this photo was dynamism: ✌️
Hello Chichi, my best friend forever ^_^
When I see a label that fits the season, I want to buy it. ☺️
I used a ball to guide him to run and jump, but he was happy to take a walk👍.
Kawazu cherry yeast used
Spring-like lightness
Easy to drink with a gentle sweetness!
It seems to be a gem that is made with a focus on all of Kanagawa.
This sake was recommended to me by my favorite liquor store. It is brewed with a natural floral yeast discovered by the 11th generation of the brewery's young owner from the Kawazu cherry blossoms that bloom locally. To be honest, I couldn't really smell the flowery aroma, but it had a fruity, melon-like and woody aroma with a moderate fragrance. Thank you very much!
Sake with a refreshing aroma. There is a slight acidity, but it does not linger on the tongue and has a refreshing aftertaste.
Because it is made with cherry blossom yeast, it also has a floral sweetness.
