Sake from Minamiaizu.
Sake of Aizu has a high level of quality.
I can feel deeply that Aizu sake is of a high level.
Even if you don't have any snacks, it goes in smoothly
It goes in smoothly when heated up.
It is light and easy to drink.
but it is full of rice flavor. Delicious.
I don't know when to stop before dinner.
I thought it would be better if I let it sit for a while, but the acidity became noticeable and it was best when it was just opened.
It was best when it was just opened.
I wondered what would be good to go with the duck hot pot🦆 set I bought at a soba noodle shop🤔I chose this one: 💁♂️
Let's start with this one. The nose is like sweet ripe banana🍌 with a hint of alcohol and grain. When you put it in your mouth, you first feel the grain and alcohol, and then the fresh sweetness and acidity spreads.
Serve with duck hot pot. The unique flavors of duck and celery, combined with the sweetness and umami of the vegetables, increase the sweetness and richness of this sake and make it well-balanced. I feel that the taste of both has increased 😁 good 👍

Good evening, Komacchan 🦉.
Duck nabe and sake is the best! If it's from a buckwheat noodle shop, it's even better 😻The rich taste of the duck and this sake seems to go well together 😋.
I had Kunigon Yamahai Junmai recommended at a yakitori restaurant in Ueno. It has the flavor of rice and acidity typical of Yamahai, and is very tasty and robust.
live performance
The next one is also Kokugon, which I bought in Minamiaizu, where I was traveling.
It had a subtle sweetness and was delicious.
Degree of alcohol content: 17%, Polishing ratio: 60
The rice used is Yumeko.
There used to be a Honjozo (Japanese sake) as well.
Sharp drinking, "not sweet" and refreshing sake.
It is a good all-around food sake.
Not bad. ❗️
I had bought it together with the (tefu) I mentioned earlier, but the (tefu) was so good that it ran out quickly, so I got a second bottle. This one had a robust flavor and tasted different.
Full-bodied, dry, slightly acidic
Slight aroma, sharp attack. Taste: full-bodied, dry, slightly acidic. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness.
Small brand name, cute label 🤣.
After a refreshing taste, a subtle sweet aroma spreads. The concept is "Yamahai that tastes good chilled," but it has a light flavor that you would like to drink at room temperature as well.
