I wondered what would be good to go with the duck hot pot🦆 set I bought at a soba noodle shop🤔I chose this one: 💁♂️
Let's start with this one. The nose is like sweet ripe banana🍌 with a hint of alcohol and grain. When you put it in your mouth, you first feel the grain and alcohol, and then the fresh sweetness and acidity spreads.
Serve with duck hot pot. The unique flavors of duck and celery, combined with the sweetness and umami of the vegetables, increase the sweetness and richness of this sake and make it well-balanced. I feel that the taste of both has increased 😁 good 👍
