The aroma is mild cucumber, melon 🍈 The taste has just the right amount of rice and honey-like sweetness, followed by a layer of acidity and spiciness that makes it very easy to drink and I love it 😋😋😋😋.

I have had Minami Aizu, Kunigon, for a long time. I have been to Minami Aizu several times for traveling and mountain climbing. During my trips, I learned that there are breweries in Minami Aizu such as Kunigon, Kaito Ozan, Hanaizumi, and Aizu Sake brewery, and I became a fan of Minami Aizu because both mountains and sake are beautiful and it is a nice place. Kunigon is a junmai sake, slightly dry. Next time I visit Minami-Aizu, I might have some Kunigon Tefu.
