hiroki_jimmy_satoA drink I had a long time ago. It was recommended to me at a favorite izakaya. I don't remember what it tasted like, but I'm sure it was good sake, because they only carry good sake.

hiroki_jimmy_satoPurchased at a liquor store in Minamiaizu Town. I am not sure if my memory is correct, but I believe it was made by the Kaito Otokoyama Sake Brewery. It is said to be a modern reproduction of the sake that the brewer made at the time of its founding. It made me think of how people used to get drunk on such tasty (but not delicious) sake back then.
