Tonight, a little early in the evening & first in the series, a Fukunoka Yamahai Jungin Nakakkumi Unfiltered Nama from Kunigon ✨. The aroma is mild cucumber, melon 🍈 The taste has just the right amount of rice and honey-like sweetness, followed by a layer of acidity and spiciness that makes it very easy to drink and I love it 😋😋😋😋.

With Ihyakumangoku and Fukushima's original yeast, there is nothing to look forward to but enjoyment. Is the modest fruity taste from Gohyakumangoku? It is mellow like an autumn sake. But it is sharp.
