I had the orikara before drinking this. There was a bit of a pause, so it's hard to compare the two.
Maybe it's because it's been a while, but no petitiveness. It was empty while I was drinking it to evaluate it. I knew it was easy to drink.

Denshogiku Unfiltered Nama Sake, Sumi Sake 😊.
We still have some of the ogara-mi left, but it's a good time to compare ✨.
First, open the bottle🎉.
No chupon sensation. It is marked ⚠️ but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to open it.
Pour it into a glass.
The appearance is obviously different (it is).
What's different is that the aroma is stronger in the clear sake!
If the orikarami has a soft pineapple aroma, the clear sake has a strong pineapple aroma, to put it bluntly.
The taste in the mouth is slightly chili-like.
The orikagarami has a bitter aftertaste, but the clear sake has no bitterness.
This may be a matter of taste.
As for the taste on the day of opening the bottle, I think the clear sake is probably easier to drink and more popular.
However, the orikagarami that I drank today tasted like a light salty dog, with the bitterness that I felt on the opening day faded away.
This makes it so easy to drink that if I didn't have any reason, I would want to drink it all at once!
Conclusion Both are delicious🤣.

This one has a rich and calm aroma 😊.
Unlike Monochrome's lightness, this one gives the impression of a more robust rice flavor!

I had this brand last year as well, and it seems clear and delicate. As the name "Monochrome" suggests, there is no extra color, and the appearance is somewhat sharp and serene. I am very pleased with the quality of this brand.
The piquant, light gaseous sensation quickly dissipates, followed by a refreshing sweetness and a clear, transparent umami flavor!
Compared to the "Kenaiyama" that we compared together, this one has a lighter, drier mouthfeel, with no cloying taste and excellent sharpness.
This clarity may be perfect for early autumn, when the lingering effects of summer are still lingering 🍁 I have not had this flavor again in a while, but it is still right in the middle of my tastes. It was too easy to drink and I ended up drinking too much 😂.
