Aroma of pineapple when the glass is lightly 🍍.
An interesting drink that goes back and forth where you can feel the alcohol 🍶The drink goes on and on.
First "Sono Kangiku"!
We will have new sake Ginkai: ✨️
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake!
Aromatic, refreshing and juicy, with a hint of green apple.
Beautifully sweet and umami with a gaseous taste on the tongue.
The acidity and bitterness in the aftertaste is very pleasant and lingering.
[Even though it's already winter,] good things taste good. It is so-called autumn sake and the brewer would probably like you to drink it in autumn, but there are so many things I want to drink that I am still in the autumn swamp.
It goes without saying that Kangiku is delicious, but it goes well alone or with oden. The first day after opening the bottle, the sweetness is already strong, and the aroma is slightly fresh and citrusy. The next day, the bitterness becomes apparent. The chili feeling continues for quite a while. Autumn is long.
Good evening, WOM 😃.
Autumn sake is delicious 😋The feeling of sweetness and flavor increase is the goodness of autumn sake ✨Oden with Kangiku looks delicious 🥰.
Purchased at Fukushima Sake Shop
First sake check-in in a month and a half ✅.
I took a break from drinking for a while in November due to a number of reasons, including being told I had dysautonomia, the flu, and a rush of retirements around me 😌.
Thanks to that (?), my liver function was all green😌. So my liver function is all green 🟢 I'm going to start raising it from today ⤴︎
This time I'll be using my favorite 🎊Sono Kangiku🎊.
I was going to save it for the New Year's holiday, but I decided it was the perfect time to open it to celebrate my mother's retirement and opened it 🍶.
The sweetness and moderate acidity that is typical of Kangiku is very delicious! The taste reminds me somewhat of True White 🤔.
I heard it was a special limited brew to show appreciation from the brewery, thank you for your help in 2025 🎉.
Thank you for your help in 2025 🎉 We will be back next year!
Thank you very much!
Good morning, chilled tomatoes 😃It's been a while 👋
It's been a long time 😓but it's good to think of it as a period of physical maintenance 🤗.
One filled with many thanks! Thanks for all your hard work, mother 😌.
Good morning Jay & Nobby!
It's been a while since we've heard from you!
It was a tough time, but it wasn't all bad! 😌That was one of the things we were really thankful for 🍶.
Thank you 😊

Shangiku OCEAN99 Shiroginoumi SnowSea Nigori Nama-Shu
Rated 4.5
Polishing ratio: 50%, Alcohol content: 13%.
This is the only nigori sake from Kangiku that heralds the beginning of winter! This year, four years after its first release, we have gone back to the basics to create a rich and refreshing lactic acid soda-like bottle.
Kangiku's Denshogiku comes in two types: a yellow label for clear sake and a red label for orikarami, but this is actually the first time for the clear sake.
It has a strong sweetness that makes it suitable for drinking on its own, but it is clear and has a much more refreshing aftertaste than expected without being sticky, so it is not an aperitif or after-dinner drink, as it goes well with salads and light snacks. I was surprised that it was such a refreshing drink.
However, if you ask me if it goes with anything as a food sake, that is not the case, so be careful. It does not go well with salty pickles or sashimi, so it would be better with something light with a Western element.
The sweetness is a bit strong and the acidity is well balanced. This is a cappuccino type sake with tropical aromas of pineapple and melon. It has a juicy freshness and softness, so it is not too picky about who drinks it, and it seems to be a good sake for everyone and a good introduction to sake.
The red-labeled Denshogiku that I drank before was a more complex sake than this yellow Denshogiku, and I was able to confirm it again. Up until last year or so, I liked more complex sake, but recently I prefer clear, transparent sake, so I was very satisfied!
