"Kangiku's only nigori sake that heralds the beginning of winter.
"Four years after its first release, we went back to basics to create a rich, refreshing, lactic acid bacteria soda-like bottle."
That's right!
It doesn't spill over, but it does sizzle!
✨
A fine silky nigori.
Sigh so good 😆.
My favorite flavor!
Definitely one of my top 3 of the year!
Couldn't buy it for home, but the store still had it 🙌.
This is by far my favorite of the light cloudy kind!
This is the adult Calpis soda in my opinion!
The kuwai tempura was also seasonal and delicious!
It's been a long time since I last updated this page, and I'm exhausted from work and childcare, so I'm soaking up the sweetness of the new sake.
OCEAN99 Shiraginkai
Every year, I buy several bottles of Shiroginkai and wait for the next one to come out!
I couldn't wait until then and opened a bottle,
I couldn't wait until then and opened a bottle. The sweetness of the rice and the refreshing acidity were delicious!
A variety of light cloudy wine has been released for the season, and I want to drink all of them....
So I decided to go with Kangiku.
Yes, it's a sure thing.
It takes time to open the bottle. The sizzle rises with each twist.
Finally, pour it into a glass.
The bubbles pop like carbonated juice!
Sip it with a sweet aroma!
Is this sake?
It is sweet and refreshing like a soda.
But the rice flavor is also very strong, and I can't help but think that the KANGIKU is delicious!
Denshikiku Drinking Comparison
I thought this sake was delicious for both sake lovers and first-time sake drinkers.
It is a little bit schwitty.
The orikarami is a little sweeter.
It is indeed a cold chrysanthemum.
The gas feeling is quite strong,
The second and third day is also strong.
It is delicious with sweetness and flavor.
It makes you feel happy.
It is the first cold chrysanthemum!
I drank "OCEAN99 Hakuginkai -Snow Sea-".
It tastes just like Calpis soda (lactobacillus soda)! The level of reproduction is astonishing.
However, because of the high level of reproduction, it was not beyond my imagination, for better or worse. I could not find any "better" elements, and I felt that if you are looking for this taste, the original might be more satisfying, including the cost.
I regret that I expected too much....
Kangiku's Omachi sake.
It has a wonderful finish that is typical of Kangiku.
It is good that the same Omachi sake can have a completely different finish depending on the brewery.
