Kangiku Hashu Honor
It has a fruity taste that is typical of Kangiku, but the mouthfeel is refreshing.
It is easy to drink and goes well with food.
Although it is slightly carbonated, it does not have a chili sensation, so it will betray your expectations in a good way.
It tastes good no matter how many times you drink it.
It is just as we expected.

I like Kangiku. Personally, I like it so much that I long for the day when the Sake-no-Wawa brand name is reorganized and it can be registered as Kangiku instead of Sono Kangiku. This time, I would like to try a gem of Kangiku, Hazhu Honor, brewed by a selected brewery. So, what do you think? Here we go!
The beautifully fine bubbles are followed by sweet aromas of orange and apple that spread gorgeously and colorfully. As you drink the smooth, gassy, chili water, the sweet aroma of orange blossoms and juicy citrus sweetness and acidity are well-balanced. The more you drink, the fresher it becomes, and you will notice the wonderful bitterness accent that is typical of Kangiku. Perhaps Hazhu Honor is a refined sake rice with a fruity taste and aroma, but it has no cloying taste. Unfortunately, the Hazhu Honor Kangiku that came to me did not make it past the new year, but I hope everyone will enjoy it with the festive atmosphere of the new year. Thank you again for the food and drink tonight!
I think this may be the first time I've had fire-aged Kangiku?
Perhaps because of the fire-roasting, the gorgeousness typical of Kangiku is a bit subdued, but I also felt a subtle gaseous sensation.
It also has a slight citrus acidity.
The rice is not sake rice, but edible Koshihikari rice!
And with a milling ratio of 90%, it is surprisingly free of any cloying taste, even though the rice is barely milled at all!
Furthermore, the fruity, mellow flavor and sweetness are well ✨.
The concept of this sake is to make a delicious sake from the rice you eat everyday, and this was truly a new and surprising sake 😆.
I opened a bottle of Kangiku Meijo's "Denshogiku Ooragarami Nama Nama Sake," which happened to be in stock when I stopped by Yajima Sake Shop last month.
It has a fresh aroma, crisp and clean, with a hint of bitterness and sweetness, typical of Kangiku. A slight gassy sensation further enhances the coolness.
As it is an ogara-mi sake, I expected it to be a little thicker and richer, but while this is certainly the case, the gasiness and light bitterness nicely refresh the taste, making it an easy-drinking, delicious, and dangerous sake.
We stocked up on a variety of sake for the end of the year and Christmas, so we'll be opening the bottles slowly and steadily. I am looking forward to it.
It's been about a year since I started getting into sake.
The new sake season is too much fun.
Thank you for your hard work for another year 🍶.
I don't know if it will last until the end of the year, but while shopping for sake for the New Year's holiday, I found a sake that I don't usually see, so I quickly took it home.
It is Hazhu Honor 50 from Kangiku's Occasional Series.
As the bottle opening warning on the bottle label says, the sound of the bottle opening is a pleasant pop. In the mouth, it has fine gas, elegant sweetness, and a gorgeous ginjo aroma, with almost no acidity or bitterness.
We enjoyed it with roast beef rubbed with maitake mushrooms while watching YouTube.
It was delicious. I almost wish I had saved some for New Year's.
Today is here🎶and since it's raining and there's nothing to do (lol) 😅, I'm going to have an early drink 🎶🍶.
This one was the automatic stirring type but I was able to open the bottle in 2 times, so I guess it's a little bit lackluster ❔🤔.
So I'll keep the supernatant 😭
Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️It has a gorgeous, calpis-like ginjo aroma, just like Kangiku 🤤.
In the mouth, first the schwash🫧 feeling, then the adult calpis soda🥤 feeling, no 🎶it's as delicious as ever 😋💕I'm completely finished drinking it at this time of the day 😆.
Sono Shungiku OCEAN99 Shiroginoumi
The second nigori sake is Shiraiginkai.
It has a subdued lactic acidity and a sweet aroma of calm fruits 🌾.
We will start with the supernatant.
The supernatant has a mild umami with a strong shwash feeling and is quite refreshing 🥰.
When you mix in the oli, the sweetness of the rice becomes stronger and more calpis-like. ☺️
It's so refreshing, silky, and sweet that you can have it on its own 😳✨.
The alcohol taste through the nose is also amazing‼️
As it gets to room temperature, the sizzle fades, but the juiciness increases and the flavor becomes richer 😋.
Good morning, Afuio!
You've already tasted the standing bar and you're drinking Hakuginkai at home 😍.
I'm sure the Hakuginkai is also delicious 🤤.
It's a sweet taste that is both refreshing and can be enjoyed on its own 😋.
Good evening, ma-ki 😌.
This is the second Starbucks review 🥰.
Shiraginkai was a sweet & juicy with less acidity that stung like crazy 😋.
It was refreshing & deliciously juicy, as expected from Kangiku 😆✨.
It's the season of cloudy water♪ We will have a Junmai Daiginjo of Kangiku.
It was so fizzy that the sake shop owner reminded us to be careful when opening the bottle. It was not only sweet and tasty, but also elegant and refreshing.
