Compare with yellow.
This one has a juicy sweetness like pear derived from fruit and a strong carbonation.
The flavor is bitter with a hint of cocoa straw, which gives the beer a nice kick.
We had the impression that the red was best if you wanted to drink it in a big gulp, and the yellow was best if you wanted to enjoy it slowly and in a relaxed manner.

The top aroma is a capsule-like elegant pineapple-peach, wasanbon-type aroma. The aroma is fresh and not too loud.
When you put it in your mouth, a sweetness that is like a refined version of the usual Kangiku sweetness spreads with a Capsule-like aroma. After that, it disappears nicely, leaving behind a typical Capsule-like slightly alkaline and grain-like aroma. There is no unpleasant feeling in the aftertaste. There is no unpleasant aftertaste.
It is a refreshing, clean, typical delicious sake, more like Miyakanume than the usual Kangiku. The quality is excellent for the price.
