I bought a bottle when I heard about the new Kangiku 😅.
This is the first time for me to drink a sake made with Kotobukinmoku.
It was less sweet and more gassy than the other Kangiku I've had.
I was surprised at how different it tasted from what I had imagined, but I liked the balance of the taste, which made it easy to drink as much as I wanted.
I still have about half of the bottle left, so I'm looking forward to enjoying the changes in flavor ✨.
You buy it because it's mealy.
Strong gassy feeling for a cold chrysanthemum. Sweet but not sticky, so it's gone quickly...
I prefer this one to the red one even though they are the same origami.

I went to a liquor store to buy a gift for my boss when he was transferred, and I found Kangiku and bought it immediately ☺️(I bought 2 bottles, one for him and one for home...)
The message from the brewer was so perfect for a farewell gift that I thought he was a genius...
The fruity aroma heightened my expectations 🥺.
It was not fizzy when I opened it, but when I put it in my mouth, I could feel a subtle shwash... strange 🫧.
Juicy like muscat juice, refreshing (No acidity), and as always don't miss Kangiku-sama 、、、、.

The aroma is gorgeous, reminiscent of pineapple. It is light, refreshing, and has a nice sharpness.
