Opened a bottle of Kangiku that was left in the cellar 😊.
It's been a year since I drank it😊.
True White is a sake brewed with Omachi ☝️
My wife is an omatist so we didn't drink it right after we bought it 😊.
I drank it right away and found it to have the sweetness and rice flavor typical of Omachi 🌞.
A little gas, ginjo aroma...delicious ✨.
In case you were wondering, it was a bit mellowed like hiyaoroshi after being in the cellar 😁.
Good evening, Kano-san!
I'm sure Kano-san drinks a lot of chrysanthemum 😁.
Your wife is an omatist 🎵
I was also looking for Omachi when I started drinking ⤴️
I'd like to try this one someday too 😋.
Good evening, ma-ki-😊.
My wife and I both like Chrysanthemum cold 😁.
Especially my wife ✨.
My wife is basically looking for Oumachi sake ☝️
I'm not particular about rice 😁.
Good morning, Kano 😃.
It's been a while since I've had a bottle of Kangiku 🥰❣️ actually, this is one I've been putting to sleep 😆 I feel like I've just lost the timing to open the bottle 😅 but I'm sure it's delicious no matter when you drink it 🥰.
Does this mean that winter is approaching?
It's the first time of the year that I've had the pleasure of seeing this season.
The sweet scent of the chrysanthemum is so sweet that I can't help but feel excited...
First of all, let's have the top clear sip!
The taste is intensely sweet and delicious, with a weak bubbling! I really like the taste 🍶 and the refreshing aftertaste continues...
If you add a drizzle of ori (ori)
The lactic acidity and umami increased, but the sweetness decreased...
After that, when the sake is boiled, the sweetness increases again...
The sweetness increased again, and it became my favorite flavor.
Personally, I like this flavor the best!
I personally liked this flavor the best!
It is a matter of taste, but basically, it tasted good no matter what time of day you drank it, so I was satisfied with the sake 🍶.
So...
This has nothing to do with sake at all.
As a supporter of a J-League team
I would like to say something as today was a special day for me.
26 years of connecting history
Promotion to J1 and a championship 🏆!
Congratulations to everyone involved with Mito Holy Hoc 🎊
Personally the best surprise in sports this year✨
I was so moved by it ⚽️
The game that decided the championship, but also the trip to Mito was the best snack for drinks while thinking how nice it would be to have a trip to Mito as well, that's the result theory (lol)!
Good morning, Nokoaki 😃
Denshikiku, one of my favorite cold chrysanthemums❤️ this year's is still sitting carefully in the fridge 💕 so much of a waste 🤣.
I see you like soccer⚽️‼️
Cheers to your special day with Kangiku 🥂.
Good morning, Hinahana Mama. ☀️ This is my first time drinking Denshogiku and I'm sure I'll repeat the experience! I wanted to buy Jukinmu with it but it's sold out💦 too bad...
I actually love soccer⚽️ so I couldn't resist today (lol)
I bought the electric chrysanthemum (the yellow one) again this year 🍶 This is the third year in a row as far as I can remember.
It has a sweet taste on the palate, and the umami spreads and thickens as it goes along. The ginjo aroma overflows from the glass as it is an unfiltered raw daiginjo-shu. This quality is the same every year.
However, I dare say that it is not a sake that is too rich and makes you drink more and more 🤔It may be good if you don't get drunk too much.
Kangiku OCEAN99 Ginkai -Departure- Unfiltered Nama Sake

Isego Honten

Mild sweet aroma, carbonation impact on the palate that could not be felt when the bottle was opened. The sweetness is slowly felt on the tongue through the carbonation. As it is swallowed down, bitterness and a slight acidity can be felt, but a slight sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. As the sake opens up, the volume of the sweetness increases, and the bitterness finishes the finish. The taste was to my liking, and I could drink it for as long as I wanted.

Yes, maybe good as a food sake with Japanese food, definitely delicious, but buried by the chrysanthemum-like taste.
Repeat 23, definitely good, but buried in the chrysanthemum-ness.
I went to the last Yoichi for this year. After the market is over, I guess I'll be ready for winter. ❄️ And here is what I chose to do on such a day. 💁♂️
Let's start with the standing aroma. Sweet and fruity aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gasiness, and the fresh, sweet and juicy flavor spreads in your mouth with a slight bitterness at the end.
Serve with Margherita 🍕. The moderate acidity of the tomatoes and the richness of the cheese are well balanced with the sweet and savory flavor of the sake, making it easy to drink. Delicious 😋I think it might go better with Western-style drinks.

Sake bar ◯△◻︎ that I sometimes visit collaborated with a curry shop at PIECE HOSTEL SANJO Hotel🍛🍶.
We drank Kangiku Nigori there.
It was fruity and very tasty without bitterness.
Soft and tender at first...!
Elegant and fruity... not too sweet and delicious...
The aftertaste is soft and fades away, so you can drink as much as you want...
The first new sake Nigori of the year.
Very tasty as last year.
It has a sour taste among Kangiku, and as a lover of sourness, I like it best in Kangiku.
4/5
A wonderful, full-toned sake.
Impressive gentle and elegant sweetness and aroma.
Furthermore, with its acidity and sharpness, it is difficult to find fault with it!

Kangiku is still delicious. I used to drink only Occasional series, but now and then I would like to drink something else. So I decided to try this one I saw. Let's go!
I love the calm, clear, refreshing aroma, the slightly hard gassy brewing water, the sweet and sour taste of pear, and the slight bitterness, which is as tantalizing as ever. This naturally melts and disappears. It really shows a momentary glimmer like ocean waves. And at a reasonable price. This is amazing. There are many sweet sake in the world, but I think Kangiku is amazing. Thank you again for the sake tonight!
Goodnight for a week. Today, we will have kangiku for the first time in a while.
When I was careless and opened it, it spilled out 😅The aroma is nigori-ish and silky.
It has a sweetness like a ball of soda and a dryness of carbonation. It is delicious with my partner's original dish of fried komatsuna and egg with garlic, canned mackerel with kimchi sauce, and fried maitake mushrooms with lemon 😋.
It's the season for nigori sake. ❄️ I still want to try nigori. Delicious✨
