First electric chrysanthemum in a year
The bottle is opened in a normal way.
Sip the supernatant.
The feeling of slight effervescence is pleasant.
The taste is wonderful!
A little sharp.
When I mix it together
It is a milky white with a hint of
Mild lychee taste
I bought a bottle of it so I could
I will enjoy it for a while 🍶.
Not so much floral. Aroma of sweetness and flavor with a tropical feel.
Thickness is normal.
Strong sweetness and bitterness, slightly stronger sweetness. Umami at the back. The acidity that follows is easy to feel. The nose is also clear.
Aftertaste: After the sweetness, the bitterness and umami is thin and lingers for a long time.
Tongue roughness is a little weak.
It is a bit weak on the tongue, but you can feel the umami and the versatility of the wine.
Denshirochrysanthemum
ORIGAMI Kaminari
It has more gas than clear and has a strong aroma. Deeply delicious, sweet and bitter like pear.
Thickness normal
Strong sweetness and bitterness, but the nose is not so bad. Some acidity in the back.
Silky, mellow, and less aromatic than the top clearings.
It is easy to feel the thickness and
The umami mixed with the sweet and bitter taste makes it easy to drink. The acidity is also easy to feel.
A little roughness on the tongue.
It has a firm outline and is easy to match with rice and has a sense of fruitiness.
This ginjo aroma and a good amount of gas. Umami.
Next year, I want to try the ogara-mi!
Orikagarami was sold out in an instant 🤔.
Postscript
A few days after opening the bottle, it's really good!
Next year, I'm going to try Orikagarami!
Remember me! Next year I'm going for it!
Purchased from Iwai Kotobuki Shoten in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Opening note: ❗️
Refreshing and gentle aroma.
Slightly carbonated, with a pronounced umami and sweetness.
The aftertaste lingers forever. Delicious again this year 😭.
I would like to try the unclouded Denshogiku this year.
This is the red label of Denshogiku, which sells out immediately and is becoming harder to find every year.
First, let's take a sip of the supernatant. It has a juicy sweetness that overflows with a gaseous sensation, followed by a slight accent of umami bitterness. It is delicious and neatly organized 😊.
When mixed well, it is silky smooth with a hint of orikura. It is even more delicious with increased umami and richness 😋.
I'll be drinking more next year, praying that I can drink it again...
Good morning, drunken nosuke-san. I bought my first Denshikiku yesterday (November 1). My favorite liquor store had a few bottles. I was convinced that it was sold out immediately after I drank it. I will buy it again next year. It seems it is not well known in Kumamoto.
Hi AAJI😄Congratulations on your first electric chrysanthemum! Orikagarami is delicious, isn't it?
I made a reservation to buy it this year to make sure I get it. I guess I'll be fidgeting this time next year 😅.
This year we were able to obtain this and the orizumi version, so we will start with the yellow one that we were not able to drink last year.
The bottle opens with a pleasant sound, and at the same time a sweet caramel-like aroma wafts through the air.
It is clear and colorless, with a refined and rich sweetness that is less gaseous than expected.
The aftertaste is clean and disappears without bitterness.
The balance between the rich sweetness and the dullness is excellent.
I would like to have it again next year.
I went to buy it about 30 minutes after it was posted on Twitter (now X) that it was in stock, but it seemed that several people had already come to buy it. I guess it's a popular brand...
The price seems to have gone up by about 100 yen, but considering the current situation, I guess it is reasonable.
Unfortunately, the Dawn of Shisui is not in stock this year. 😱It is said that the liquor stores have to go to the brewery in Shisui to pick up this sake, but some liquor stores have been shipping it and they were told that it is unfair... well, that's right... Well, that's right. It seems that some kind of alternative will be released.
Good evening, Mr. Freelancer!
The light nigori with schwa sweet flavor is the one you can't go wrong with 😆.
I heard that there was a problem with one of the two tanks of Sasai no Dawn and the shipment was reduced. There's a lot going on at the brewery and the liquor store too 😂.
Good evening, Mr. Kotaro!
Yes, I buy this one every year because there is no doubt about it 😌.
I didn't know that the dawn of Sakasui had become such a thing... I was caught off guard last year and the year before because I was able to buy it just by verbally telling them 😥.
I received an orange Denshikiku last year, but could not drink the red one, so I waited a year.
I was careful to open the bottle and poured it into a glass. There were a few gas bubbles in the glass.
The aroma was of ginjo, like white peaches. It has a mild sweet flavor. There is a sense of gas and it disappears quickly. It has a classy and elegant feeling.
It is worth waiting a year for. I think it will be empty soon.
Good morning, Kenken-san 😃I too was able to drink the orange last year, but not the red, so I waited a year and got the red this time. I've been looking forward to opening the bottle more and more.
A communal drinking party with like-minded friends in town! We have it here sometimes, Kangiku. Since we are a group of drinkers, we usually start with a glass of sake and then have a sweet potato on the rocks, so I invited some sake lovers and started to promote Kangiku. I took a sip and found it to be delicious! And, with that, I decided to try it, and the circle of Kangiku and sake lovers grew wider and wider.
Aizan is a rare sake from the Tokushima Kenchi area. However, it has a mild, rice flavor rather than the sweetness of Aizan. The aroma is banana? Perfect with sashimi. It was an endless combination!
We compared the Densho-Kiku sake!
Personally, I really liked the unfiltered raw sake better, as it tasted sweeter and more refreshing!
Kangiku is always delicious no matter what time of year you drink it!
