I always buy the red one of Kangiku.
When the bottle is opened, it has a fruity aroma that is typical of Kangiku.
When you put it in your mouth, the apple-like aroma and mango-like sweetness pops out, followed by sourness, and it wears off quickly.
There is no sawdust smell.
The bubbles are so strong that they stick to the inside of the sake cup, yet there is almost no bitterness.
It is wonderfully delicious.
And you will never get tired of drinking it.
It can be used as a food sake without any problem.
However, it has a stronger umami than the food, so it tastes as good as the food.
