The second bottle was a low-alcohol sake from Mitomiku.
It has a similar taste to the Echigo-Tsurukame we just drank, but it is more mellow and has a stronger sweetness.
It is also 10 degrees, which seems to be preferred by sake beginners. 🙆♂️
