At home. This is the last in the Shiga Sake series. It has a gorgeous aroma, sweetness and acidity in the mouth, and a very refreshing taste that finishes with a light bitterness. I had three kinds of Shiga Sake, Taga, Laughing Season, and Nikkoku-Tsuchisei, and I would like to try the other kinds again.

It is very light on the tongue, but the sweetness and aroma of the grains come out. I usually only drink dry honjozo, but this kind of sweet honjozo is good too! It's a good opportunity to broaden my palate!
