At home. This is the last in the Shiga Sake series. It has a gorgeous aroma, sweetness and acidity in the mouth, and a very refreshing taste that finishes with a light bitterness. I had three kinds of Shiga Sake, Taga, Laughing Season, and Nikkoku-Tsuchisei, and I would like to try the other kinds again.

More oriental and tart mouthfeel. The sweetness is moderate, and the pleasant sourness and rice crumbles are interesting. The bitterness in the second half is mellowed by the lingering ori.

(It is very light on the tongue, but has a sweetness to it, and when heated up, it has a savory graininess to it, and it is certainly best when heated up. It is definitely best when heated. It is very light on the tongue, but the sweetness and aroma of the grains come out. I usually only drink dry honjozo, but this kind of sweet honjozo is good too! It's a good opportunity to broaden my palate!

It has a robust umami flavor, as is typical of Yamahai. It is not too heavy, but has a mellow and thick texture. The richness of lactic acidity (yogurt-like). Moderate astringency and acidity tighten the balance. The second half has a sharpness and does not linger.

The store owner went out of his way to stock it for me! I'm so happy! What's more, I was able to open the bottle when I went out for a drink with a friend who happened to be impressed after drinking this sake with me the summer before last. I am very grateful to the store for their thoughtfulness.

Welcome party for Mr. TOMO (⑲2025) It looks like a sake made by Mitomiku Sake Brewery. I'm not sure if this is an original from the cost brewery or not. I'm not sure if it's the original Cost Sake Brewery or not. I'm not sure if it's the original Cost Shuzo or not.

Mitomiku Ginjunsei Yamahai The aroma has a fermentation interval aroma typical of yamahai and some ginjo aroma. There is also a hint of cheese and soy sauce. The taste is punchy but has a gentle aftertaste. It is light for a Yamahai and very easy to drink.
