Revisited Mifuku. I could not forget the complex flavor of Yamahai and bought a bottle of the recommended one. Recommended on the rocks, it is very dry and stands out when cooled down to a crisp. I heard it is also good lukewarm.

Various kinds of sake in front of Utsunomiya station. This sake was served to us. Even with ice, it's still very cold. The penguin label is cute.

Mifukyu I'm SAKE ROCK A year ago⁉️? Not many people drink this sake. First of all, just as it is. A little sweetness and alkali smell. I can't believe it! It's only 18% AL after all 😅. Next, I tried heating it up to warm it up. The taste collapsed😵😵💫🤑 And now for the main topic "The concept of drinking sake with ice. I put some ice in the glass. It became easier to drink. The taste of the rice is also enhanced❗️ However, when the ice melts too much I'm not sure if that's a problem 😥. Rice polishing ratio 60% Alcohol content 18 Yamahai Junmaishu Dry Original Sake Weight ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sweetness⭐️⭐️ Mild ⭐️⭐️ Mellow ⭐️⭐️ Like degree ⭐️⭐️

I'm Sake Rock! The concept is to put ice in it and drink it quickly. Hmmm, I prefer to drink it as it is. The taste is sharp but refreshing and sweet. But it said on the label that it was dry... It was hard to describe the taste.

Yamahai Junmai Dry Sake on the rocks. It has a slightly pungent aroma, and when you drink it straight, it is thick because it is 18 degrees, and the fermented taste spreads in your mouth. The fermented taste spreads in the mouth. I'm not sure if it's a good substitute for beer, but it's a good substitute. Delicious👍.
