Purchased at Mitomiku Shuzo's warehouse opening.
It has a very good balance of alcoholic aroma, acidity, a hint of sweetness, and alcoholic flavor, with some sweet wine-like nuances.
I wonder if I should have bought this one in a bottle... LOL!
At the Mitomiku Sake Brewery's "Kurabiraki" event. Free tasting. Deketate" was quite fresh and tasty. The limited edition Sakura Tofu is dry and refreshing with a delicious flavor. All are delicious.

Refreshing aftertaste 😉.
You never know what you're going to get 💦...it's a lottery-like morning squeeze!
The third cup was Shiga sake, caught by the Yamahai word!
The aroma is slightly fermented seasoning type.
It is light on the palate, but has a strong flavor and full of acidity that is typical of Yamahai.
It plays a good duet with the flavor of Shijimi clam soup and is unintentionally delicious and makes you smile!
The taste is followed by a lingering aftertaste of mellow rice flavor and a touch of astringency.
Although it is a Yamahai, it gives the impression of having a moderate habit, and is very refreshing. I think it will be an all-around favorite 👍.

The aroma is gorgeous and the taste is mango-y and sweet!
It is a little acidic, so I will enjoy it slowly after the bottle is opened.
I am looking forward to the change in mouthfeel!
