This is my first Kougetsu.
I thought it would be a higher grade version of Daishinshu, but this one costs 3,300 yen for a bottle.
I was told that the distributors are more limited than those of Daishinshu.
The aroma is soft and gorgeous, and the taste is beautiful.
The taste is beautifully balanced with a bitter taste at the end.
The taste is mellow and dry.
It is delicious.
I bought a bottle of Kougetsu recommended by the clerk at the liquor store.
It is indeed delicious.
Fruity and strong umami.
It is solid and I want to drink it slowly.
Today will be the fragrant moon.
I guess I haven't had a drink in about a year. I used to drink Daishinshu once in a while.
Sweet, bitter, acid from the fruity aroma.
No doubt about it 😊.
As an aside, the manager of the liquor store mentioned during our chat that recently there has been an increase in the number of sakes that are easy to drink on draft, and that people are swallowing them faster from the time they get them in their mouths to the time they swallow them.
He said that if we drink sake more slowly and enjoy it from chilled to room temperature, we will be able to see the true nature of the sake.
It made me think, "I see.
While thinking about all this, I thought to myself, "Why not just drink it however you like? Kozuki drinks while thinking.
It's still delicious.
Purchased on a trip to Nagano
I consulted with a shop assistant and she told me about this sake.
It is a very limited sake that can only be purchased at less than 10 shops in Japan.
Very light foaming, the flavor and aroma of rice without any miscellaneous taste.
The taste is not heavy, but mellow and delicate.
As the temperature rises, the sweetness increases.
It's a very easy to drink and delicious sake😆.
On this trip, I bought one bottle at a pub around Nagano station, two bottles at a liquor store, and one bottle at a convenience store.
It was a trip full of great Shinshu 🎵🎵🎵!
Rice used: Contract grown rice "Hitogochi" from Nagano Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 49%.
Alcohol content: 16.0
Sake degree: +2
Acidity: 1.5
Heating method: Bottle heating
I asked the waiter what he recommended for first-time sake drinkers, and he introduced me to this one.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma of sweet rice drifted in the air, making me think that this was delicious. When I put it in my mouth, I felt a tingling sensation like a very light fizz, but I think it was just my imagination. The taste is fruity with a hint of rice sweetness. I felt the alcohol content was a little strong because it was 16 degrees. It's refreshing and easy to drink. The taste and the price make it a good choice for everyone. The only drawback is that the number of stores that carry it is limited.
It is soft on the palate. It disappears as it is in the midst of the fluffy and piquant feeling and the ginjo aroma. Daishinshu has a wide range. You can finish it with a good feeling at the end of a meal, or you can drink it before a meal and have fun thinking about what to eat! It's not too sweet, but it's still very good 😋.
Today is a special day, and it's my favorite Kouzuki.
It is a fruity sake with a slightly stronger aroma.
Recommended for sake beginners. It's delicious!
