Since I was sensitive to the ultra-harsh taste of Daishinshu, I got this "Kougetsu" nama-shu. The aroma in the mouth is very nice. It has a moderate acidity, but the impression is that it leaves a bit of sweetness in the mouth at the end. I prefer a refreshing taste after swallowing, but this sake had quite a strong aroma and lingering aftertaste in the mouth. In total, I think it is a very tasty sake. ☺️

I will have a celebratory sake given to me by my parents for my birthday. It is Kougetsu from Daishinshu Sake Brewery🍶. I've only had Daishinshu before, This is my first time drinking Kougetsu 😲. The aroma is fruity sweet deliciousness like apple. It doesn't say but I wonder if it is No.7 yeast 🤔? It seems like Daishinshu from the aroma. It was bottled in January of this year, Texture is also tasty. When you sip it, you will feel a light sweetness on the tip of your tongue, followed by a mild spiciness, The overall impression is fresh and elegant. Overall, it is refreshing and elegant. The good balance is probably due to the fact that it is a medium-bodied sake. I've had it with salted squid, fuki miso, vegetables stewed in tsuyu, etc. and it's delicious ✨. It is easy to match as it does not interfere as a food sake.
