The bottle was opened with a pop. It is white with a thin wisp of smoke. It has a fruity aroma. However, it did not last long.
The taste is mellow and slightly dry.
Since it is after Toyoga, it is a half octave higher than the softer Toyoga.
It is said that there are only a few stores in Japan that carry this brand, but the store owner explained that there are only 6 stores in Japan.
I didn't get a good look at the boxed Kougetsu because it was ridiculously expensive 😀.

It has a delicious flavor, sweetness is elegant 😋 and it has a nice sharpness so it doesn't interfere with the meal. Of course, it also goes very well on its own 😋.

Daishinshu Sake. I have never had Daishinshu, but it was recommended to me when I told the first liquor store I went to that I prefer fruity and refreshing sake🍶.
