This is my first Kougetsu.
I thought it would be a higher grade version of Daishinshu, but this one costs 3,300 yen for a bottle.
I was told that the distributors are more limited than those of Daishinshu.
The aroma is soft and gorgeous, and the taste is beautiful.
The taste is beautifully balanced with a bitter taste at the end.
The taste is mellow and dry.

As an aside, the manager of the liquor store mentioned during our chat that recently there has been an increase in the number of sakes that are easy to drink on draft, and that people are swallowing them faster from the time they get them in their mouths to the time they swallow them.
He said that if we drink sake more slowly and enjoy it from chilled to room temperature, we will be able to see the true nature of the sake.
It made me think, "I see.
While thinking about all this, I thought to myself, "Why not just drink it however you like? Kozuki drinks while thinking.
It's still delicious.
