Daishinshu Sake. I have never had Daishinshu, but it was recommended to me when I told the first liquor store I went to that I prefer fruity and refreshing sake🍶.
The aroma is indeed fruity and light ☺️
I sniffed it a few times but being a sake novice, I couldn't give any examples 🤣 lol.
When I drank it, it was refreshing, followed by the umami of rice and a little bitterness that lingered on the palate for a long time.
I liked it just as you recommended 🙌!
