With friends in Chigasaki (5)
Yesterday, I went to Chigasaki with a friend from college for sake.
One last drink, one I've never had before!
Kouzuki
A rare brand made by a sake brewery in Taishinshu.
Soft and sweet!
Delicious 😋.
Beautiful sake!
Anyway, this friend of mine was the one I hung out with the most when we were in college. But I never imagined that in our old age, we would be drinking sake together like this 🍶🥳.
We decided to play tennis the following Sunday in Chigasaki 🎾 We had only met occasionally before, but it was like going back to the old days all at once🥰.
Good morning, Takashi 😃.
I'm the type of person who almost never contact people myself 😅 but the other day Nobby told me to contact him. I'll try to get in touch with you after seeing your fun post!
A crowning glory.
A superb product with a fruity flavor and a hint of oak.
A taste that makes you feel that it is an expensive sake.
A deep flavor that can be enjoyed on its own, without the need for a snack.
☀️
Daishinshu's brewery opening.
A little expensive sake 🍶 was extra 😱.
You can't drink it with a boar cup😇
I'll have a saké because it's a good opportunity 🙏.
◾️Kougetsu
It is a sweet and delicious type, rich in both sweetness and umami 😊.
It is rich in ginjo aroma and wonderfully done.
It leaves a caramel-like sweetness in the aftertaste.
This sake is gorgeous and has a strong flavor 🍶.
◾️ expected
This is another slightly expensive sake corner 🍶.
The calm sweetness is like a peach 🍑.
The ginjo aroma is also subdued, and while it is less gorgeous than Kougetsu, the lightness of the flavor and the smoothness down the throat make it easy to drink 🤗.
The sweetness of the unrefined sake and the way the flavors are arranged were better balanced here 😌.
The beautiful, sophisticated bottle in a custom-made jet-black presentation box exudes a sense of luxury.
The elegant and gorgeous aroma spreads from the moment the bottle is opened. The mouthfeel is gentle, and after swallowing, it leaves a smooth and sweet aftertaste.

I can't buy so called "Kougetsu" (too expensive!) but I can buy this one so let's imagine "Kougetsu" by drinking it. But you can buy this one, so the purpose is to drink it and imagine "Kougetsu" ← I had trouble writing this out, so I added this reason afterwards😅.
Now, I got back on track and had it!
Yes, it's delicious 😂! Delicious 😋.
I had an image of a classic, but it was modern! Just the type I like😊.
So...what is "Kougetsu" like? 🤔←I can't imagine it at all🤣←What is the purpose? 😂
I'm still goofing around 😐.
The snacks (meals) were
Shinshu Togakushi soba noodles
simmered beef and burdock
Vinegared udo with miso paste
It was a great combination with Togakushi soba noodles!
It was a perfect combination with Togakushi soba! (Umaa!
Overall 9 (out of 10)
Today is Sake Day (although our family has Sake Day almost every day.... 😅)
While participating in Jay & Nobby's black bottle relay, we opened a bottle of this black-bottle type sake that we previously purchased from Daishinshu Sake Brewery😃.
According to the description.
"characterized by a gorgeous spread of ginkoku (gin aroma) and a full and soft vinous taste."
Delicious 😋.
As the description says, the main taste at first is the gininess.
The taste is then faded out with the addition of a moderate acidity, leaving the fragrance intact 👍.
It is refined and has a graceful impression without the cloying taste of rice.
It was served chilled.
The aroma I felt was
-Aroma: Ginjo aroma 👍
-Aroma: Ginjo aroma and some acidity.

Today is also sake day! Today is also sake day💕, so I finally drink the black, slightly expensive one 😍oh, 🍑 deep peach aroma in the mouth💕🍠 and small shrimp tempura from our neighbors, and beef steak for the main course❣️
Good morning, shinsaku3 & Pekho 😃we too feel like every day is sake day 😆Thank you for joining the bottle relay🏁😊I would love to taste the secret 😙Steak🥩 and eat perfectly too 🤗.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃
It's very refined without any cloying taste, so it goes well with western food such as steak, which is a bit strong tasting, without interfering with the taste.
The price is also high and I wonder if it's for souvenirs for overseas customers? 😅
A quick review of the 2nd National Sake Breweries' Sake and Talks @ Kyoto Miyako Messe (R6.8.31).
Daishinshu from Daishinshu Sake Brewery (Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture).
This is Kouzuki's secret recipe.
I had had Daishinshu at YOMOYAMA NAGANO the other day, and I knew it was delicious, so I thought I was done with it.
However, there was a sake that I did not see the other day (I think), so I had some of it.
Kagetsu Hiden is a sake made from unfiltered junmai daiginjo sake for the sake competition.
It looks delicious on its own!
When I drank it, it was actually awesome!
The ginjo aroma is elegant, graceful, and gorgeous without being overly pungent, based on ethyl caproate-based apple and pear aromas.
On the palate, the fruity sweetness flows smoothly and softly with no corners at all, and it finishes pleasantly.
The lingering aftertaste is pleasant as well as the hint of fragrance.
The brewery calls it "Bishu of Heaven's Blessing.
It was very delicious. ☺️
