Limited brand of Daishinshu: 🇯🇵 Buy it during your pilgrimage to the Holy Land✨. Only about 10 dealers carry this brand. You can find anything in the Holy Land........ 🤣. The ginjo aroma is green apple 🍏. It's been a long time since I've had a Daishinshu, but we share the same aroma 😤. I wonder if the sake rice is Hitogokochi or Miyamanishiki? (→ later I checked and it was Hitogochiki 😳) The balance of sweetness and umami, and then acidity to finish is perfect🤣.

With friends in Chigasaki (5) Yesterday, I went to Chigasaki with a friend from college for sake. One last drink, one I've never had before! Kouzuki A rare brand made by a sake brewery in Taishinshu. Soft and sweet! Delicious 😋. Beautiful sake! Anyway, this friend of mine was the one I hung out with the most when we were in college. But I never imagined that in our old age, we would be drinking sake together like this 🍶🥳. We decided to play tennis the following Sunday in Chigasaki 🎾 We had only met occasionally before, but it was like going back to the old days all at once🥰.

☀️ Daishinshu's brewery opening. A little expensive sake 🍶 was extra 😱. You can't drink it with a boar cup😇 I'll have a saké because it's a good opportunity 🙏. ◾️Kougetsu It is a sweet and delicious type, rich in both sweetness and umami 😊. It is rich in ginjo aroma and wonderfully done. It leaves a caramel-like sweetness in the aftertaste. This sake is gorgeous and has a strong flavor 🍶. ◾️ expected This is another slightly expensive sake corner 🍶. The calm sweetness is like a peach 🍑. The ginjo aroma is also subdued, and while it is less gorgeous than Kougetsu, the lightness of the flavor and the smoothness down the throat make it easy to drink 🤗. The sweetness of the unrefined sake and the way the flavors are arranged were better balanced here 😌.

♪♪♪♪♪ I can't buy so called "Kougetsu" (too expensive!) but I can buy this one so let's imagine "Kougetsu" by drinking it. But you can buy this one, so the purpose is to drink it and imagine "Kougetsu" ← I had trouble writing this out, so I added this reason afterwards😅. Now, I got back on track and had it! Yes, it's delicious 😂! Delicious 😋. I had an image of a classic, but it was modern! Just the type I like😊. So...what is "Kougetsu" like? 🤔←I can't imagine it at all🤣←What is the purpose? 😂 I'm still goofing around 😐. The snacks (meals) were Shinshu Togakushi soba noodles simmered beef and burdock Vinegared udo with miso paste It was a great combination with Togakushi soba noodles! It was a perfect combination with Togakushi soba! (Umaa!
