Sake from Kochi doesn't seem to be easy to drink.
Slightly smoky umami, guttural in the mouth, yet very easy to drink,
Kinji
Description of the store "Kochi's oldest sake brewer, founded in 1781, Tenmei first year, slightly dry, mellow taste, clear and quite good umami, one of my personal favorite brands."
The last two drinks at RIKI were put together
Tenth glass, Houou Mida, Blood Orange.
Liqueur.
There were only a few left, so we shared a glass on the rocks
Delicious orange juice!
11th glass - Kure Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi.
I've had a CEL-24 sake from Kurei before, but this was a different kind of dry sake 😋.
Not as dry as my impression of the old Kochi sake, but it was refreshing!
The all-you-can-drink time ended here: ⏳️
Except for the Houou Mita liqueur, we all shared 1 gou of sake, so we could still drink more 💨
When I ordered the last glass of sake at Hikaru's restaurant, Kurei's unfiltered unpasteurized sake came out.
The melon flavor is followed by a sharp taste, and the alcohol content of 18% is sweet and dry!
I wanted to drink something strong at the end, so I was happy with the choice, but it was too much for my drunken body!
At Sumiyoshi
The sake I wanted to buy the most on my Kochi-Ehime roadside station tour🚗. No, no, no, I like the taste! It is delicious! Sake degree is +5. I like the balance between the fullness of the rice and the sweetness, while the acidity is a bit overpowering!
I want to try the Junmai Ginjo and the others! I wonder if there are many stores that sell it.
⭐⭐⭐
Purchased during a trip to Kochi, second bottle.
Fruity aroma
Contrary to that
When you put it in your mouth, it tastes bitter.
Bitter on the tongue and in the mouth forever!
Not spicy, but bitter.
Ingredients Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Brewing alcohol
Rice polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 18
At the Katsurahama store 750 yen/300ml
We had this at the recommendation of the owner of a sushi restaurant in Ura-namba. It is said to be brewed with water from the Shimanto River. It was fresh, mellow, and delicious.
Hiyoroshi Festival.
The hiyaoroshi is a type of sake that is preserved at low temperature in a cave. The power of nature is the best! So I bought it.
I opened the bottle after getting very drunk.
It has a good umami taste! I think.
The acidity is also pleasant! I think.
It is dry and sharp! I think.
The only thing I'm sure of is the fact that it was delicious and I drank it all up😅.
Thanks for the food 😆.
I bought some today because the returning bonito was good 😆.
And of course I bought the sake to go with it: ☝️
It's the usual Kurei (Hiyadoroshi, of course) 😆.
The bonito is sashimi, tataki, and nairi for the rest 😊.
I immediately took a bite of the bonito sashimi...delicious, fatty...nothing but delicious 😁.
Without further ado, I'm going to drink Kurei: ☝️
It has a calm taste, rich and umami, and it removes the fishy smell of the bonito 😆.
It's delicious ✨
The 4-gouge bottle was gone in no time 😊.
Hi Kano-san!
The bonito that is returning 🤤 is nothing but delicious 🤤 and the Kochi sake 🤤 makes me feel like my brain is about to explode a little bit 🤤.
I always feel that bonito and Kochi sake is the best pairing 🤗
Good evening, ma-ki 😆.
Yes, I'm here! Here comes the returning bonito✨
Fatty bonito with Kure is the best 😁.
I think they sell Kure in your hometown too, so please give it a try 😆.
