It's been a while since I've had a dry one: ‼️
Since it was summer, I wanted to drink a dry wine that was not refreshing, but rather strong and strong, so I chose this one after asking my father at a local liquor store. ‼️
Let's start with the aroma: ‼️
It has a slight aroma of rice, which is typical of Kochi sake! I'm looking forward to it: ‼️
Now for a sip: ‼️🍻🍶🍻🍻🍻
Hmmm! I like it!
This gusto of alcohol through the nose, sweetness and flavor on the tongue‼️I wanted to drink this‼️ tonight I'm going to drink it while eating a hot pot with leftovers!
My local liquor store now carries Sentori, so I have a feeling I'll be going there more than before: ‼️
I'm looking forward to that too ‼️🍶
Thanks again, Jay & Nobby 😊I want to commend the dad at the liquor store for pinpointing the sensation I was aiming for: ❗️
Senkou was handled by no means ❗️ I'm glad to have more opportunities to drink Tochigi sake 😆.
Today, I went to Hirome Market while shopping 😊.
Drinking sake every kurei ☝️
After all, this is for bonito 😁.
I know I've mentioned it many times and it doesn't look the same, but it's delicious ✨✨✨✨.
Kurei often produces fruity sake, but this one is dry and rough. However, it still has a mouthfeel that is typical of Kure, and it is different from legacy dry sake. It tastes like it is made with rice, and the rice is well received. It is a manly sake that can be drunk in a manly way.
At the store.
Something doesn't fit...
At my usual liquor store, they recommended the "Ama Ama" one, but I guess it wasn't that, it was the regular one...
It was quite dry.
Today, I went to the morning market (Sunday market) for shopping: ☝️
After shopping, I was a little hungry...so I went to Hirome Market 😄.
I looked at the time, it was just before noon... For some reason, my wife found a Kurei... Well, of course she would drink 😁.
So I drank some Dokure after a long time ✨✨✨✨.
It's still as good as ever...it's raw and rough ☝️
No photo of the bonito, but of course I ordered it: ☝️
Drinking sake before noon is something else (lol)!
Kano-san, I went to the hirome market last year and it was great, I went two days in a row, the freshness of the straw-baked bonito tataki is also exceptional ❗️ even Rokkaku-san's latest version is in full Kochi mode😊.
Thanks for your comment Harry😊I sometimes join the tourists to enjoy bonito and sake😄Please come visit Kochi again ☝️The returning bonito around October is the best ☝️
I have always wanted to try Kurei. The label was very juicy. The rice used is Tosa Rei, which is a clear and beautiful sake, but at first I could not get used to the aroma, and it was not very juicy, and I felt the acidity was rather strong. The sake level of -4 seems suspiciously low.
However, as it warms up to room temperature, the aroma settles down and the sweetness increases. It's not just a matter of chilling it. It is delicious.
Rice polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 15%.
