Kure's raw sake. It is as spicy as ever.
It has a Sake meter rating of +9, but I want to say, "Really? It is deliciously spicy when warmed to lukewarm.
Izakaya (Japanese style pubs) are good, but sometimes I like to go to a more expensive restaurant.
Kochi has great fish, but also great meat and vegetables.
This Kaygetsu is a Yamahai, but its sweetness is too much for hot sake.
Recommended by someone at work. He said it goes well with bonito tataki, so we got a good tataki and opened a bottle!
The aroma is caramel, the mouthfeel is rich with no corners, the middle taste is umami and spicy, and the aftertaste is dry and sharp. This is certainly a great match with sashimi!
Thank you for the sake!

Miscellaneous impressions
It has been a long time since I have had this sake.
I came across a nice sake.
This sake is from a town in Kochi where fish is the specialty.
It goes well with anything but sashimi! I was recommended this sake, but it really goes with everything!
Sake from Kochi doesn't seem to be easy to drink.
Slightly smoky umami, guttural in the mouth, yet very easy to drink,

Description of the store "Kochi's oldest sake brewer, founded in 1781, Tenmei first year, slightly dry, mellow taste, clear and quite good umami, one of my personal favorite brands."
The last two drinks at RIKI were put together
Tenth glass, Houou Mida, Blood Orange.
Liqueur.
There were only a few left, so we shared a glass on the rocks
Delicious orange juice!
11th glass - Kure Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi.
I've had a CEL-24 sake from Kurei before, but this was a different kind of dry sake 😋.
Not as dry as my impression of the old Kochi sake, but it was refreshing!
The all-you-can-drink time ended here: ⏳️
Except for the Houou Mita liqueur, we all shared 1 gou of sake, so we could still drink more 💨
When I ordered the last glass of sake at Hikaru's restaurant, Kurei's unfiltered unpasteurized sake came out.
The melon flavor is followed by a sharp taste, and the alcohol content of 18% is sweet and dry!
I wanted to drink something strong at the end, so I was happy with the choice, but it was too much for my drunken body!

The sake I wanted to buy the most on my Kochi-Ehime roadside station tour🚗. No, no, no, I like the taste! It is delicious! Sake degree is +5. I like the balance between the fullness of the rice and the sweetness, while the acidity is a bit overpowering!
I want to try the Junmai Ginjo and the others! I wonder if there are many stores that sell it.
