It has been a long time since I have had this sake.
I came across a nice sake.
This sake is from a town in Kochi where fish is the specialty.
It goes well with anything but sashimi! I was recommended this sake, but it really goes with everything!

I've had a CEL-24 sake from Kurei before, but this was a different kind of dry sake 😋.
Not as dry as my impression of the old Kochi sake, but it was refreshing!

Except for the Houou Mita liqueur, we all shared 1 gou of sake, so we could still drink more 💨

When I ordered the last glass of sake at Hikaru's restaurant, Kurei's unfiltered unpasteurized sake came out.
The melon flavor is followed by a sharp taste, and the alcohol content of 18% is sweet and dry!
I wanted to drink something strong at the end, so I was happy with the choice, but it was too much for my drunken body!

The sake I wanted to buy the most on my Kochi-Ehime roadside station tour🚗. No, no, no, I like the taste! It is delicious! Sake degree is +5. I like the balance between the fullness of the rice and the sweetness, while the acidity is a bit overpowering!
