Slightly smoky.
Contain it...alcohol hot. Very hot. Like a distilled spirit.
The bitterness is sharp, so the spiciness is further boosted.
However, the flavor of rice is very strong.
Recommended with sweet and spicy food and fatty food. (I used nuts to alleviate the spiciness).
The harshness is reduced when it is lukewarm.
Taste level 3/5
This is my 7th restaurant ✨
We came to "Kittokito" 😁 our first restaurant 🍶.
Here, we had a kyurei👍!
The first glass was a limited edition sake with a leopard print label ✨.
It's as dry and delicious as ever ✨.
There were other sakes available, but we had another glass ✨
Now, on to the next restaurant!
This brewery is located in Nakatosa Town, which is famous for its bonito, known as Tosa's Ippon Fishing.
It is a clear Kochi food sake that combines bitterness and sweetness and cuts with spiciness🍶We had it at a reception at work, but would enjoy it at home as well!
Kure is the bonito town of Tosa, Kochi. As a sake that fishermen can enjoy on the boat, it has a strong flavor in Kochi sake, which is mainly light and dry. It is my favorite sake💕.
The aroma is elegant ginjo, and when you drink it, it has the robustness (sweetness?) of a pure sake. And as expected, it is very sharp. It is very drinkable. Therefore, I thought it is not the type of sake that can be drunk easily. Even though it is sharp, it is still 18 degrees Celsius! It goes well with fatty bonito, of course, but I think it would also go well with red meat.
Manufactured in April 2022❗️
Aged for more than 2 years❗️
No, it's good 😋.
I drank it as it got to room temperature with just the right amount of flavor 🍶.
Kurei liked the challenge sake, but I think this dry type is originally popular.
The alcohol seems harsh, but the aroma is good. I think it is easy to drink even if it is dry. It is not sweet, but has a sharpness that makes it suitable for a mid-meal drink. The potato salad with which it was paired was even better.
