A bottle I drank during this Bon Festival. Stable taste. When opened, it had a strong sweetness and was smooth and light. As the day goes by and the temperature rises, it becomes more mellow. The change over time was enjoyable and satisfying. I often drank it with fish dishes.

Asahi Taka: Jyushiyo! Very easy to drink, I highly recommend it to first time sake drinkers!
2) Yonetsuru: Spicy, refreshing
3) Yonetsuru Hotaru: Slightly spicy, mild
The commemorative Niimasa sake was super light.
I wanted to drink something with a robust flavor
I went on to the forbidden fourth glass 🥹.
Normally, I would have chosen Jyushiyo,
But there was Asahitaka, which I had never drunk before.
Try ‼️
As soon as I drank it, I was like 😳
The sweetness was solid.
The aroma is definitely from the Jyushiyo lineage.
I can feel a little bit of alkaloids.
but it's more than enough, more than enough delicious ♫
Like the Jyushidai
It is not like pushing the limits of sweetness and acidity like the Jyushiyo.
It is a "delicious" sake that can be drunk with peace of mind.
If this is the only sake you have ever had
If you have only had this one, you might want to try Jyushiyo at least once.
If you have already had Jyushiyo
this is more than enough for everyday drinking.
It was a good sake that left a good impression on me. ☺️
Because of the forbidden fourth drink
I was dizzy from the heat and drunkenness
I was dizzy from drunkenness and heat. 😵💫
Tokusen Asahitaka cold stored sake. It has a mild but pleasant aroma with a hint of iso-type.
It has a slightly thick and flabby texture on the tongue, a tangy and moderate acidity, a beautifully spreading umami flavor, and a pleasant gentle sweetness that also reminds one of wasanbon (a type of Japanese sweet bean paste).
While the taste is firm, the overall crispness is good, with a hint of bitterness and astringency from the acidity in the mid-palate.
Compared to the Honmaru, this sake would be a good match as an every-night food sake.
I'll have to try it again, as I'm sure it goes well with soft heated sake.
Tonight we're having this one - ⤴️✨
Refreshing, refreshing, fruity 🌸🍶✨.
If you look closely at the label,
It says to drink it within 3 months from the date of manufacture,
But it's been sitting here for over a year and a half... 😱.
But, but, but, it's super delicious,
I don't care what you think 😆.
So, I'm enjoying it very much,
I'm enjoying it very much.
Wow! A local limited edition sake from Jyushiyo?
At least it's delicious! I prefer it to the Hana Abi sake brewery I mentioned earlier! It's sweet!
I heard they want it to stick around at first...or rather leave a persistent aftertaste! I heard the earlier one disappeared quickly.
This one is fruity? But this one stays! The way it lingers is more seductive and he wants it to hang on...maybe because it's junmai? The light, sweet aftertaste that lingers quickly disappears.
This one stays! It's sweet, but I don't know...
But it's sweet! The alcohol taste of the honjozo is nice, and the mouthfeel is good! But not too heavy!
An old product of the Jyushiyo company. It was the first time I drank it, but it was tasty without much brewing feeling. It was also fruity. Izakaya Denshichi between Yamagata Station
