I usually only drink beer at gatherings, but on this day we decided to mainly drink sake, so we changed the meeting place to Tenma with the members who were running late.
The restaurant was empty in the early evening, but the lineup on the menu was amazing 😳!
First, a local brand of Jyushidai that I wanted to try on its own.
Asahitaka Honjozo.
It has sweetness, umami, and a refreshing taste.
The umami extends on the tongue and lingers in the aftertaste.
It's not like it's an arugula, and if you're tasting a brand, you'll never know that 🤣If it's good, it's good 😋.

Hi Maru, 😊I was jealous of Maru and his friends drinking at Yasubeyesan's restaurant, so I've been looking for a chance to go there 😁and I drank Asahitaka, which I was jealous of at the offline meeting 🤣I'd definitely go there if it were closer.
As one would expect from the Takagi brewery, which produces Jyushiyo sake, it was easy to drink.
It was easy to drink and had the same gorgeous taste as junmai ginjo sake.

It's not as fruity as this winter's, but it's easy to drink with a combination of gorgeousness and freshness 🎶I also had it lukewarm, which is also delicious, with a soft sweetness spreading through it!

I have had this one in the past? I've had a bottle of raw sake before, but it was a bit gassy and hard to drink, but the fire-aged version has a totally different vibe.
I tried heating it up with a sake warmer after drinking it all 😁.
It's a bit more alcoholic when it's heated, but it's really tasty!
The atmosphere was completely different from the cold sake!
