Tonight we're having this one - ⤴️✨
Refreshing, refreshing, fruity 🌸🍶✨.
If you look closely at the label,
It says to drink it within 3 months from the date of manufacture,
But it's been sitting here for over a year and a half... 😱.
But, but, but, it's super delicious,
I don't care what you think 😆.
So, I'm enjoying it very much,
I'm enjoying it very much.
Wow! A local limited edition sake from Jyushiyo?
At least it's delicious! I prefer it to the Hana Abi sake brewery I mentioned earlier! It's sweet!
I heard they want it to stick around at first...or rather leave a persistent aftertaste! I heard the earlier one disappeared quickly.
This one is fruity? But this one stays! The way it lingers is more seductive and he wants it to hang on...maybe because it's junmai? The light, sweet aftertaste that lingers quickly disappears.
This one stays! It's sweet, but I don't know...
But it's sweet! The alcohol taste of the honjozo is nice, and the mouthfeel is good! But not too heavy!
An old product of the Jyushiyo company. It was the first time I drank it, but it was tasty without much brewing feeling. It was also fruity. Izakaya Denshichi between Yamagata Station

Next is Asahitaka! It used to be available in Yamagata, but in the past, it has been hard to find due to its popularity. Compared to the Jyushiyo, the sweetness and umami are more subdued, and it is a beautiful sake that is hard to believe it is a honjozo (pure sake). This is a delicious sake that you will never get tired of drinking!
Just a reminder 🙏.
The second sake at Koshima was "Asahitaka" from the Takagi Sake Brewery in Yamagata 🍶.
I can't believe I can drink this sake in Hiroshima 😍!
This is "Jyushiyo" ❓It has a fresh texture 😝.

Special Honjozo Sake

Alcohol: 15%.
Sake Degree: +2
Personal Evaluation:★★★★★
Impression
Although it has a sake strength of +2, it has a fruity taste with a sweet aftertaste. It has a mild and easy-drinking mouthfeel.
Takagi Shuzo also produces the famous sake Jyushiyo. Since Asahitaka has such a great taste, one cannot help but have high expectations for the taste of Jyushiyo.
The waiter recommended it to us at the end of the day as it was hard to get in, and we were impressed with the sake's overwhelmingly superior taste to the sake we had compared that day!
The sake is made for the local market at the same brewery as Jyushiyo, so it is usually hard to get it in stock.
Third or fourth drink at Akutaretei drinking establishment. It was sweet and tasty, and I had another. The master's vocabulary-limited recommendation, "It's delicious," is becoming more and more habitual. By the time I took this picture, I was a bit wet. LOL!
Asahi hawk fresh storage. When opened from ice temperature, it has a gentle yet gorgeous aroma with a hint of iso-type aroma. The soft texture on the tongue is followed by a pleasantly gentle, tangy acidity and a moderate sweetness. From the mid-palate, the taste is smooth and clean, with a pleasant light bitterness in the finish. I've had it at different temperatures and different bottles, so I'll drink it cold tonight. Asahitaka is a delicious sake that can be drunk deeply.
Asahi hawk after a long time! Taste similar to Jyushiyo's Honmaru!
The taste is similar to Honmaru of Jyushidai!
It is still a special good sake! I'm sure it's still a very special sake 😀 😀
