I found this Fukushima sake at Aeon today. I was wondering if I should buy it last time I was there and didn't, but I was curious so I bought it this time. The label said it was dry, so... it's definitely spicy ☺️. It's delicious and it's only about 1,000 yen so it's easy on the pocket.

Along with the food at the inn. 😊 For the inn? I think it's a sake for the inn. 😂I don't see it. I don't see it. （😁. Hanaharu's sake has an image of gentle sweetness. I think it's a bit sweet, but it has a dry taste, It went well with the strong dishes at the inn. 😃.

It was sold exclusively at a local supermarket. I have a weakness for words like "original" and "exclusive," so I bought it immediately without hesitation. There was a comment pop-up from the master brewer, but I forgot to take a picture of it. There was no aroma at first, but as the temperature rose, a gorgeous aroma spread. The aftertaste was clean and delicious!

This was the first bottle we tried from the Aeon Junmai Daiginjo series. It was not chilled in time, so it was served at room temperature. The aroma is not very assertive. The mouthfeel is mellow and does not interfere with the food, It is a modest sake that overflows with a full-bodied deliciousness. It was tagged with a recommendation from a female toji. It was indeed a taste that shone with feminine delicacy and gentleness.

It has a very well-balanced and gentle taste with a faint sweet aroma and a hint of sweetness. It goes well with sashimi and simmered flounder. Isn't it too flexible to go well with yellowtail sashimi, red shrimp, and negitoro, and to go well with simmered dishes? I drank it for the first time in a Fukushima sake grab bag, and it is extremely tasty. I will try another Hanaharu sake.
