I found this Fukushima sake at Aeon today. I was wondering if I should buy it last time I was there and didn't, but I was curious so I bought it this time. The label said it was dry, so... it's definitely spicy ☺️. It's delicious and it's only about 1,000 yen so it's easy on the pocket.

Due to the influence of Hanapin-san, when I visit Aizuwakamatsu, I make it a point to go to Uekiya Shoten. I asked the clerk to choose one for me. It has a tropical fruity aroma with a deliciously hot and spicy origami flavor. It has a sharp and beautiful nigori taste. The acidity is fruity and good. This is delicious. It is delicious. Chaos with natto (fermented soybeans) and sausage as a side dish!

Purchased at a local liquor store. Sharp rice aroma. Light and dry with a short aftertaste. It is a traditional Junmai Daiginjo. It seems to go well with white sashimi.

This sake has a fruity aroma. The flavor is sweet and has a dryness in my throat. There is an excellent balance between the sweetness and dryness. The flavor reminds me of cantaloupe and some banana.

Amamiya Junmai Sake A delicious sake with a grapefruit flavor and melon aroma. The light sweetness is also very nice. It was my first time drinking this sake. I love it. 100 points ❤️

The ginjo aroma is weak. The taste of rice is also weak. The sweetness is moderate and refreshing. The aroma is weak, but other than that, it has an orthodox image as a ginjo-shu. It does not go well with strong-flavored snacks. It is the type of sake that can be drunk easily on its own, and before you know it, you are about to die. So far, Fukushima sake is a good match 😋.

Botan no Hana Haru" from the special-order "Hanafuda" series. Junmai-shu brewed with Koshihikari rice grown in the rice field in front of the brewery by the toji and brewer in cooperation with farmers. This is a once-fired version with autumnal specifications. It can be enjoyed cold, room temperature, or warmed up. I had it cold, and it has a very good balance of bitterness, spiciness, and acidity, just like the rice it is made from.
