I found this Fukushima sake at Aeon today. I was wondering if I should buy it last time I was there and didn't, but I was curious so I bought it this time. The label said it was dry, so... it's definitely spicy ☺️. It's delicious and it's only about 1,000 yen so it's easy on the pocket.

Purchased at Saikai Sake Shop near Tenma This is my first brand. Cold sake. The aroma is subdued. Gentle on the palate, with a clean, crisp flavor. The finish is smooth and clean.

It's clean but also fruity on the nose! I thought it was, but it's still refreshing! Is it more refreshing than spicy? It's not too spicy, but it still feels spicy because of the refreshing taste! My first time at Korakuen was fun! I think I like it better than Ousho's dumplings. But I prefer Osaka Ohsho to Korakuen 🥟.

☀️ Firm sweetness with a hint of stickiness😊. And the flavor of the rice 🌾. It matched well with seafood for its strong flavor. I know this is a common feeling with Shizuoka sake, but why does it feel even sweeter when paired with seafood🐟? 🤔 Another topic I want to know more about sake 🥸.

Purchased at Aeon Liquor Shop in Kakamigahara. The aroma is a sour ginjo aroma. In the mouth, there is a sweetness from the umami of the rice and a weak acidity. It is a refreshing drink. We are glad that we can buy it at a reasonable price at Aeon.
