From here, choose from the middle and lower sections of the regular all-you-can-drink section!
Here is an illustration I've always been curious about, a jacket selection!
It's alphabetized, but it's the longevity of the mountain.
And the specs are a secret ㊙️🤫.
Light and easy to drink 🍶.
A brand you can often find at shigi38!
What can we find next time?

Purchased at my usual liquor store, attracted by the pops.
It was served with Ishikari nabe, which I made for the first time.
It was as good as the previous reputation that it goes well with nabe? The aroma and taste are refreshing.
After drinking it, you can taste a sourness like vinegar.
It is a perfect match for the milky nabe, and you can eat and drink as much as you like.
It was certainly tastier than drinking it by itself.
Alcohol 15%.

The second cup was a junmai sake from Kurume, Fukuoka called "Yamazan no Kotobuki". This sake also has a delicious taste. It goes well with stewed octopus.
Sunday night has come again this week 😭
I can say that it's atrocious... but the only way to recharge my energy for tomorrow is to drink 🤣 lol
Well, tonight we have Good Times Night Sessions from Yamanotobuki in Fukuoka 🌃.
I thought I've had this drink before, but it was half a year ago 💧.
Oh well, the days go by too fast 😨... 😨.
Well, before I spend too much time on the scale, I quickly opened the bottle ❗️ lol😆.
The aroma is not that strong, just a hint of fruity 🤔.
Now let's get to it 🤤...
I'm not sure if it's the smokiness or the bitterness or the bitterness... ἤ... ἤ...
Personally, I don't think I'll have it next time😅.
I think it's a food wine in terms of taste...
I don't mean to be harsh, but it's a shame that it tastes a bit half-baked when drunk cold...
I think it would be better if it were heated up, so I'll give it a try after tomorrow. 🙂↕️
Day 2: 🗒️
Not much change in cold sake 🤔.
So...heated sake 🍶.
It's less peculiar and more like a dry mid-meal sake: ❗️
Personally, I definitely prefer this one ✨.
I miss oden 🍢 😆.

The initial aroma is citrus-driven, with a refreshing lactic acidity.
In the mouth, medium sweetness, strong acidity, and fruity flavors reminiscent of citrus fruits such as yellow and orange spread out, followed by bitterness and a touch of alcohol.
It finishes with a sharp sharp finish, but the bitterness and alcohol taste remain in the aftertaste.
The citrus and alcohol taste is the main taste. It is a bit more on the mid-palate side, but the sweetness is also strong, and it is delicious on its own.
There is also a bit of a rummy aftertaste.
I thought it would be too dry for a retarded drinker, but it wasn't that bad. It was sharp, clean and refreshing with some bitterness and spiciness, which I don't like, but it was drinkable.
Alcohol: 13%.
The tag "Bubble Foam Method" was attached to the bottle, so I mistakenly assumed it was a soursop💦.
It is said to be "Yamazato's original method to trap the bubbles created during the fermentation process inside the bottle"...
It wasn't bubbly, but it was sweet and delicious!
I kept it in the fridge for a while after I bought it.
I opened the bottle to drink it in the summer.
It has a nice, light bubbly taste. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
It has just the right amount of sweetness and bitterness.
It is a very tasty sake that goes well with summer.
