I let it settle in the fridge so it opened easily. Once poured, the inside of the bottle was shrieking all at once. The tailings mix by themselves and the bottle turns beautifully white and cloudy.
It tastes great every year. That is why I love summer sake. I feel like I am ready for the summer season. It gives me the energy to enjoy summer to the fullest this year without getting tired.

This is my second summer dobro this year.
The first bottle was not alone, so I could not post it. Thinking it would be gone, I went to my usual liquor store and found a small amount left at the bottom of the fridge, so I bought it.
It has been a long time since I have had active nigori. It took about 5 minutes to open the bottle.
As usual, I started with the supernatant. The lactic acidity and bitterness come in full force.
When the shwashiness subsides, I mix the nigori and have another glass. The sweetness is added and it is like yogurt.
As always, this is a great bottle for summer.
I keep it in the refrigerator, but the temperature is a little too high and it doesn't get very crispy.

This is a summer sake that I was curious about because I missed it last season.
The top clear has a crisp acidity, and when mixed with ori, it tastes like a calpis soda!
