It is the season for dobrokku again this year.
The strong effervescence makes opening the bottle a tricky affair. It is moderately sweet, with a dry flavor and plenty of coolness. The alcohol content is low at 13 degrees, so it tastes great and disappears in no time. Nigorigo in summer is also great.

What an easy-drinking doburoku. I had an image of doburoku being hard to drink, but it wasn't at all, and I imagined how good it would be if I drank it in a timely manner 😋.
