This is delicious! Calpis soda for adults. Great rice flavor, citrusy and refreshing. I'm glad I looked online to see how to open the bottle. It takes 10 minutes for the bubbles to settle. At Mr. Mekada's.

This summer sake has a yogurt-like flavor with sourness, bitterness, and a hint of sweetness. I think it goes well with fruits and baked sweets such as canele ^_^.

The first summer dobrokku I was able to buy! Nigori sake from Hachinohe Shuzo, the brewer of Mutsu Hachisen.
Grapefruit flavor! Creamy mouthfeel, refreshing sweetness, then crisp and clean. It is a dry sake with a sweet taste 🍶 and 13% alcohol content, which makes it easy to drink!

The one I missed last year.
I got it this year hoping it would be the one this year 😃.
I opened the bottle with trepidation and just a little bit of twisting caused it to start spurting out 💭 I spilled a little bit and was in a hurry 😓.

The aroma is clean and sweet like ramune or cider. The mouthfeel is sour and dry, and it finishes with a sharp finish. We paired it with fried chicken, as we had read that it is delicious with fried chicken. It adds a salty and umami taste and the flavor is well balanced and delicious 😊.

The long-awaited sake.
As is the case every year, opening the bottle is a difficult task. It definitely takes 5 minutes.
Of course, the supernatant is undrinkable. I think that's why the activity is so strong.
So, how does it taste this year?
As is typical of this brewery, there is a slight aroma of green apples. It must be this year's production. The sweetness is quite restrained and the bitterness is assertive. Until last year, it was a ramune for adults, but this year, it is a sake. It goes down your throat with ease.
It may be a little difficult to match it with something, but I think it is good for stir-fried dishes and oily foods, as it is meant to reset the taste.
