This year I forgot the ritual of opening the bottle and almost spilled it, but somehow it was safe😅
The top aroma is sweet with a hint of apple🍎 and banana🍌 with a hint of rice.
In the mouth, it has a slightly carbonated and spicy taste 🫧.
The sweetness is slightly less sweet than last year, but there is a hint of acidity and milky rice sweetness.
This year, I wonder if it's a combination of banana (banana) type mahoroba aromatic yeast and apple (apple) type mahoroba mellow yeast. 🤔

The next strong one, is Doburokku, was immediately uploaded. It's from the same brewery, so it's no surprise, but the taste is almost the same as Mutsu Hachisen's, but this one is an intense shu-shuwa festival.
It was my first time to drink Doburokku, and I thought, "Don't talk about summer sake without knowing about this one. It was delicious.

It is the season for dobrokku again this year.
The strong effervescence makes opening the bottle a tricky affair. It is moderately sweet, with a dry flavor and plenty of coolness. The alcohol content is low at 13 degrees, so it tastes great and disappears in no time. Nigorigo in summer is also great.
