かぼちゃプリン This is a gift from my daughter who went home for Golden Week. It is a delicious sake that seems to be the best in Japan on its own.

さとーThis year, I was able to drink a bottle I had purchased but had not yet uncorked at a drinking party!
The aroma was immediately noticeable as soon as the bottle was opened, and when I drank it, I found that it had a very sweet taste! It was so sweet that it was sticky in a good way! There is almost no bitterness or acidity, only the umami and sweetness of the rice spreading in the mouth!

It was slightly cloudy, but the mouthfeel was smooth.
It has a little acidity and a bouncy feeling that makes it perfect for toasting!
