The scent is a bit yeasty like a sweet bread. The taste opens very light and clear but gets much more complex in the middle. It takes on a sweeter fruity taste before finishing with a mineral flavor and slight tartness.
Refreshing with a fruity tartness. This one is only 8% alcohol so it is very easy to drink. Enjoyed this one while making s’mores with my girlfriend and brother.
This is a speial edition for distribution by Miyajima Liquor Shop, Ueda City.
This sake uses Sankei-nishiki and brewed in Kimoto Method. So, I could enjoy the full-bodied but fruity taste. Really love it!
This is the limitted bottle of the liquor shop.
It was brewed during pre-war time. It's brewed by the Kimoto Method, creating a fruity like muscat and slightly dry taste.
