I like very much this Namazake, it has a refreshing flavor and good presence of Nama without the bitterness.
It also have a very light sparkling that is very welcome when you are thirsty.
Strong and power flavor, 17 degree of pure Ghenshu sake!
The label say that it has a dry fat flavor, and I totally Agee.
Very good with salty dry fish!
This label is original for this store only!
This is a very particular Sakè, never tasted something similar.
The color look like a rose wine, and it came from the yeast (as describes in the label).
The flavor at low temperature is like a strowberry juice, a little sweet and a little sour, very easy to drink, but it's not a juice it has 12 degree.
Enjoy it but carefully!
This sakè has a misterious label, it's not possible to understand what kind of sakè is until you taste it.
As soon as I opened the bottle I perceived a smell similar to blue cheese, luckily this smell disappeared shortly after.
This has a lite flavor of Koshu and Namazake, but I don't know but even the smell of blue cheese has vanished, i still feel sort of cheese...
Edit: At low temperature it has some kind of cocoa, I absolutely suggest very cold!
I like very much this sakè at ambient temperature.
Cold the flavor is very very strong, but at ambient temperature the flavor become very balanced manteining a good flavor of Koshu.
I'm writing Koshu, but on bottle is reported february 2020, I need to investigate better, for sure I will buy an other bottle soon!
This cold sake has an intense flavor and you can taste very well the "Nama" and the strength of the "Ghenshu" well balanced and dry.
At room temperature it changes completely, the flavors of "Nama" and "Ghenshu" intensify a lot, in my opinion, breaking a but the balance, but adding an extra level of depth.
Although I am a sake-lover with a certain depth, I find this very enjoyable when very cold.
At low temperature it has not so more impact, light and clean, but ambient temperature this become more decise, dry and balanced.
My sakè teacher (the owner of this izaka says it's some kind of wishky, not the alcohol, but the deepness) 、and yes you can fell some kind of wishky without the alchool's punch
At low temperature it has not so more impact, light and clean, but ambient temperature this become more decise, dry and balanced.
My sakè teacher (the owner of this izaka says it's some kind of wishky, not the alcohol, but the deepness)
At low temperature I can feel the sparkling and quite light flavor , but at ambient temperature become still and gain a more deep "sakè" flavor.
Sorry I'm still learning how to explain the 日本酒flavors.
This is a new kind of sakè for me, at first impact the flavor is very very light, but later will appear some deepness.
Very light flawor thought, suggested as first sakè
First, this has 18°, it's easy to drink but has 18° better to remember.
The flavor is clean and dry, Yamadanishiki rise is one that fit very good in sakè making, and this sakè is not an exception.
Very enjoyable in all occasions.
This is the second time that I try Kikuhime, but this is more light.
Cold the flavor is very light, but at ambient temperature all color came out, clean, light but enjoyable, I like it with 生ガキ (but without momiji ororoshi, I don't understand why there is it).
