This is my favorite series of Kraft Sake. You can taste the sweetness and bitterness of the Hassaku. The fruit and peel are both included, so the texture of the fruit is nice and smooth.
Beaumichel's light nigori and kijo sake. Both are too delicious. The light nigori is a dangerous sake that is too easy to drink because of the harmony of the exquisite acidity and umami flavor. Kijoshu is a dangerous sake that can be drunk by itself as a snack.
This was my first time to try the Yamahai of Yukino Kayasha. It was recommended to be served hot, but I dared to drink it cold. It goes well as a food sake.
All chrysanthemums are delicious. I like all of them because they have a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness. Personally, I think that people who like Kaze no Mori would also like Kangiku.
The most delicious sparkling sake ever. Even if it loses its carbonation, you can chill it in the freezer and drink it with mizoreshu, which is divine. I don't know if it will be available again next year, but I would definitely buy it again.
